Hello, I am looking to hear some advice or suggestions for job(s) that I should look to apply for and what income range(s) and benefits would be a realistic ask. I am looking to get a new job because of a few situiations at work. Firstly my branch has been severely understaffed, running about 1/2 the people we are supposed to for 7/ 12 months I have been with them with over 100% turnover rate in a year. Everyone talks about the speed and cost wins with AI for product content, and yeah those are real, but I reckon the gaps don't get discussed enough.
