Hey everyone, I’m trying to build a simple automation for doctors where patients can book an appointment, the data gets stored in a database (Google Sheets/Airtable/etc.), and then based on the visit or diagnosis date, the patient automatically receives a reminder 6 months later to revisit preferably on WhatsApp (email is also fine if WhatsApp is complex). I’m looking for advice on the best way to design this flow, what tools make sense (n8n, or custom backend), and how people usually handle long-term scheduled reminders like this in a reliable way. Any guidance or similar experiences would really help.
