ATT Locations

So I bought the ACOTAR series on my kindle a while ago, and I’ve just got up to reading them. Looking at my library, they are not properly displayed in the series like the rest of my books. I deleted them and reinstalled them and the only one to appear was ACOMAF. The others don’t even show up in my library whatsoever. Does anyone know if this is just a bug and if there is anything I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.

I’m trying to troubleshoot a very specific issue involving AT&T Fiber, a BGW320-500 gateway, an AT&T static IPv4 block, and OPNsense. I was attempting to transfer my eSIM from one device to another, something timed out and now I have no service on either device. When I try the "Get a new eSIM" under the "Manager Your SIM" page, it gives me an error and says that I'm locked out for 24 hours... obviously not ideal.
