**TLDR:** ATT fumbled a phone trade in/upgrade and now we owe them over $900 and they shut off our service. I went through every possible step to get it resolved but I am not sure what to do from here. I am located in California, USA The timeline (its kind of long so bear with me): *Nov 2025* \-switched phone service from previous to ATT. The sales person put us on a business line to save us money I guess? Timeline * Mistakingly shipped ATT years ago (app has never tracked) * Trying to update the app, removed all NSSTracking\*\* keys, build is stripped and verified clean of ATT and uploaded to ASC. * CANNOT remove "App tracks" from "Other Diagnostic Info". I wanted to share my experience with AT&T Business because I wish I had known this before using their trade-in program. I opened an AT&T business wireless account on 04/29/2026 and ported four lines from Spectrum. Three lines were BYOD with no contract.
