Let’s be real, RGV. We’re sitting at over 1.4 million people now and still no official Apple Store at La Plaza Mall? I was walking through the mall the other day and saw this giant Ulta Beauty setup taking up prime real estate with a whole white SUV parked inside for some promo… and I just thought: “Why?! Should have been an Apple Store, ahh!” We got the foot traffic, we got the demand (how many of y’all driving to San Antonio or Houston just for a proper Genius Bar or to test out the new MacBooks/iPhones in person?), but zero Apple love. I’ve been checking the app for updates since April is my birthday month and I wanted to active the 2x the points and see my coupon and gift choices but every time I click “view offers” nothing shows up like in the screenshot. Hi everyone! I’m a new manager at ULTA Beauty and I could really use some help. I’ve only closed once, and it was with a store manager who no longer works at my location, so I don’t feel fully confident doing it on my own yet. If anyone has step-by-step notes, tips, or even just general advice for closing (registers, safe counts, end-of-night tasks, etc.), I would seriously appreciate it! I made my purchases real early this morning before the nonsense with the website and app not loading started, but you'd think they would have tried to tell me about the sale sooner than 5:30pm 😂

So I’ve been using this cushion for up almost years now. I would buy it from an independent Kbeauty store close by my work. I work for Ulta beauty & they did not carry tirtir till recently, i had purchased one from my job recently because I wanted to use my employee discount on a product I knew I loved. However I flipped the back & noticed the stickers look slightly different. Can anyone explain why, I’ll attach images on the post (first one is the one I bought at ulta, second is the one I bought at the k beauty store)

DoorDash attached 6 orders together back to back separately and I still missed 2 more cause bad connection inside the store so I tried running around but didn’t work 🤣first order was $24+ but whatever 5 add-ons. This is result of lower acceptance rate gives way better orders with enough time waiting/wasted. Compared to constant non stop bad offers to keep you busy making minimum wage

So today I had my boyfriend return items for me (within 30 days) from two orders that I used Apple Pay and a gift card to pay with. I gave him the credit card linked to my Apple Pay account and the original gift card (before he left I made sure the last 4 digits of each card matched the printed receipts). The associate refused to issue the refunds to my original payment methods and instead issues in store credit. The associate said that Apple Pay could not be refunded without it on his phone and they could not reload the gift card and would only give store credit. WTF. I am honestly fuming. The whole point of sending him was because I cannot easily get to the store, and now I have to go...

My Ulta account was hacked on December 26, 2025 and an order was placed for shipping. Since I reported the incident and got my points back, etc. I have not been able to order online. The error is saying my credit card info is wrong, even when I use Apple Pay. I keep emailing customer service and they keep giving me the same ChatGPT responses and not escalating the issue. I know other people have had this issue before but what do i do?!?!?! I’m so frustrated and I’ve missed out on a few things from the 21DOB because of it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to contact upper level management or how to fix this, I’m so frustrated.
