I’ve maintained a near perfect rating on Amazon Flex for years. I’ve been doing Flex on and off for about 7 years and have completed over 10,000 deliveries. Recently, I had two separate blocks, one last month and one last week, for Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods. In both cases, I arrived early for pickup, but there were no orders available. The employees on site had no information. I contacted support both times, and they told me they would remove the blocks and that I would still be paid. So I have a second phone and a second phone number and have been using it for Flex for the past month or so on my android phone and I have yet to get one instant offer. When I used my iPhone where my original flex account was created, I’ve gotten instant offers almost every single day because I’m very close to an Amazon fresh warehouse and also a Whole Foods. Does anyone know why I wouldn’t be getting instant offers anymore? It’s so bizarre how switching phones and having a second phone number would do this. Only reason why I switched phones is because I don’t want to use my personal phone for gig app. Any help would be great since I have no clue what’s going on.

Maybe I'm **** and have been lucky but I get all my groceries on Amazon via Same Day Delivery store. Thus far, almost every order has been a great experience. But today I made a standard order, veggies, meat, chicken, ice cream, pasta, rice, etc. It showed up at the very very end of the delivery window. The ice cream was soup. I'm finding that when I place large orders that include food through Amazon Prime (NOT Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods), they will give me a total for the order after I've paid--then later they will charge me a $5 tip from their Amazon Tips account, all without notice. Has anyone noticed recently that almost all of the Amazon lockers in the city have become full / unavailable? What's up with that? Say what you will about Amazon, but having a secure location to get items delivered where I know they won't be stolen has been a lifesaver. This year, the lockers I typically get things delivered to are full basically 100% of the time. The short-lived Amazon Fresh on Spring Garden closing definitely did not help. Shopping Amazon Fresh and I hit up the reviews for an item, only to discover that no longer are all reviews displayed, just a tiny fraction, and filtering is gone, too.
