Ive always had a problem with eating. I will eat a lot. My family says i inhale my food and i take big bites and dont chew. Its true but i want to know if this one sign IS an indicator. I'll get what I call 'Food Deppression' where im tired of the food im eating and will want to eat different, new food. Alright so I am a huge novice with supplements. I'm looking for your personal experiences with L-tyrosine, and opinions on what I can do better. Current supplement history: I've been taking vitamin shoppe brand "ultimate woman gold" multivitamin in the morning, since taking it at night was interfering with my sleep. I take 2 instead of the recommended 3 tablets because with 3, my urine was neon green. I also take omega-3 fish oil with 600mg EPA and 240mg DHA at night. Those I've been taking for between 6mo - 1 year. I take ibuprofen for pain. Three nights ago I began taking 100mg 5-HTP about an hour before bed. Vitamin shoppe haul (called Super supplements where I live) Sadly only got one frosted lemonade but snagged 3+ each of the other ryse flavors Absolutely love 3d and cant find these flavors at the dollar tree. Super hyped

Got the Monster Black Cherry from Temu. Good flavor, if a bit tart; tastes like Vita Sour Cherry juice (though I haven't had it in years so I may be misremembering.) Continues in the monster tradition of lacking an aftertaste, which is a plus. 8.1/10 Got the 7-Up from Vitamin Shoppe. I hadn't had 7-Up before I got a bottle to compare to this, and, aside from this can being warm, and the bottle being cold, there wasn't much of a difference.
