I was grocery shopping today and saw them in fuchsia, white and the one I've always wanted but gaver never been able to find "in the wild", orange! $6.99, not bad! They're part of their Mother's Day promotions and I am in no way, shape or form affiliated with ShopRite, I just like their prices. 😆 Heeey holiday cactus enthusiasts!2d agoIf you are in want of an Easter cactus and live near a ShopRite grocery store, you may just St be in luck! CSP Online Grocery at ShopRite?10d agoHas anyone been able to trigger online grocery(3x) with their Sapphire Preferred at ShopRite? I saw my local ShopRite does not have the Mobile Scan and Go, but it does do online pickup orders. What yogurt is the best value for its quality and nutritional value?12d agoShoprite, a grocery chain popular in my area, oftem has chobani yogurt on sale 5/$5. I really like the lower sugar varieties. no artificial sweeteners, only about 120 calories and 9 grams of sugar for around 12 grams of protein. so that’s been my go too now that I’ve gotten more into yogurt. i also really enjoy Siggi’s, which is incredibly healthy (minimal ingredients with lots of protein and very little sugar, but at around 1.99 per it’s relatively pricey. Why in the world is it so hard to find Poblano Peppers these days12d agoBetween Shoprite, Stopnshop, Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Giunta's, even Patel Brothers, I can not find anywhere that I can consistently find Poblano Peppers (or Serrano's either). Like I would like to find Ancho peppers as well but I can understand why most place don't have that in stock, but Poblano's are pretty basic peppers that I would expect most grocery stores to carry. I havnt seen them in years. In bethpage area for context Can I use store bought oils and butters?15d agoI'm interested in soap making and just want to make small batches for myself, but I don't have the funds nor desire to buy pounds of oils or butters for $50+ each. Am I able to use ingredients bought from grocery stores or department stores like Walmart or Shoprite? If not, what are some sites that sell in smaller quantities? I built an app to track grocery specials across SA stores - looking for feedback16d agoHey everyone Groceries have been getting ridiculous lately , mainly due to the on going war between the US and Iran, so I built a small app that pulls together current specials from stores like Checkers and Shoprite just to name a few. You can also filter deals based on your shopping list and see when promos expire , which i found useful when planning weekly shopping. It's still early ( just launched this week ) , so I'm mainly looking for feedback -what would actually make something like this useful for you ? The app itself is only available on Android for now. Here is the link to the app: [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.asandadevs.stock0&pcampaig... Am I wrong for telling a customer to call back instead of leaving a note22d agoSo I’m an assistant front end manager at a grocery store and today was crazy busy because of Easter. I was literally running the floor by myself during a rush. For some reason, all the phone calls were getting directed to the front end, so I pick one up and it’s a customer asking to make changes to her cake order. The bakery was already closed for the night. I told her they were closed and that she could call in the morning when someone from bakery is actually there to help her. She then asked if I could just write a note and leave it for them. I told her honestly she’d be better off calling in the morning because we have a cleaning crew that comes in overnight, and there’s a good... My credit card stack. Saving money on groceries and fuel24d agoHey everyone, I got permission from the mods to post this. I'm going to be honest, it feels a bit weird posting this because it kind of feels like I'm taking advantage of how tough things are right now. But I'd rather help and feel bad about it than not help and feel bad about it. I built a free grocery price comparison app called Grocify. The whole point of it is to help you spend less on groceries without having to flip between seven different retailer apps every week. You can: * Search any product and see prices from Checkers, Pick n Pay, Woolworths, SPAR, Shoprite(currently fixing this, so you won't see it), Dis-Chem and Clicks side by side * See all their deals ... Passover Coca-Cola/groceries27d agoI live in Bethlehem and shop at the Wegmans off 512. They used to be pretty good about carrying Kosher-for-Passover foods, from the kosher Coke with real sugar (has a yellow cap) as well as the usual matzo meal and other comestibles. The last couple years they have virtually nothing -- just a few items in the kosher aisle and nothing (in my experience) particularly for the holiday. I also go to the ShopRite on Freemansburg, and though they make a big deal about their Passover section, it's also pretty dismal. What stores have the largest selection? Last year I went to the Wegmans in Allentown, but it was equally disappointing. Any recommendations? ShopRite Gift Card Deal | $10 in FREE Groceries{3/29}29d agoCurbside Pickup34d agoI have noticed that different individual stores seem to have different policies When it comes to curbside pickup. Some of them bring the food out to your car and load the groceries for you. One store just brings out the groceries and leaves it on the side of the curb for the customer to put in their own car. And apparently there's another store in the area that someone told me has curbside. Pick up spots, but the customer has to actually go into the store to get their stuff. Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of doing curbside, pickup? So Im wondering for the remaining stores out there what is the general policy when it comes to curbside pickup? Do most of the stores bring th... ShopRite Shoppers: Gift Card Deal – $10 in FREE Groceries!{3/22}36d agoWould you rather survive a zombie apocalypse in a grocery store, mall, prison, or Yacht (read before voting please)37d agooff You are in a small state that is currently being quarantined due to a recent infection. The military has blocked off all roads, bridges and exits as it is trying to starve out the zombies for about 2 year. The waters are being patrolled by military ships trained to shoot. There is a massive horde in the main city of about 500 zombies You can choose to live in one of these locations with a group of up to 10 people. You will need to survive the typical survival scenarios, the shambling zombie hordes, and of course other survivors. You will be able to loot around you, but you can’t move your main base. The Grocery Store is the average American sized grocery store like ShopRite or Al...
