Five Guys Locations

So quick question. I wish I took a picture but didn’t, I had ordered two burgers and one large fry from a five guys near me. When I received my food from Uber, I saw that my fries were literally just dumped in with the same bag as my burgers and the bag was leaking. No fry holders/fry bag. Literally all just dumped in together in the same bag as the burgers. The burgers were wrapped in the foil paper. Is this normal from this chain?

Ok so basically i (m20) I've been sneaking into the back of a five guys around closing time grab a bag of fries from the freezer sneak out fry them at home and microwave chicken tenders still haven't been caught.

Got a stacked order for Five Guys and Jersey Mike’s that are literally right next door to each other. I pick up the Five Guys order expecting the Jersey Mike’s pickup to pop up next. Instead the app tells me to deliver the Five Guys order immediately. Thought it was weird, so I checked “jump to tasks” and the Jersey Mike’s order wasn’t there at all. Closed and reopened the app, same thing. Figured maybe the second order got canceled. So I deliver the Five Guys order and the app goes back to normal like nothing happened. We just returned from a glorious 7 night trip to France (first timers). Us: American mid-40’s couple. Previously travelled to Iceland, England and Spain but hadn’t been to Europe in +10 years. I recently noticed that the Polish fast food chain “Oycze Kebab” has an interior design that looks extremely similar to Five Guys. The red-and-white color scheme, wall style, menu presentation. It made me wonder how this works legally. Can a restaurant chain protect its interior design and visual identity as a trademark.
