I replied back that it would go through EIS and I wasn’t able to make changes to that process. They replied they would be sending to Miami. So I added FedEx as an additional domestic shipping service to the listing. They purchased going to a Miami address. Which I realize now is a freight forwarder. I know they paid so I ship. I've been buying things off aliexpress for awhile now and haven't had any trouble so far until this last order. I bought an item for around $150 that usually goes for $200 off a store on April 1st and afterwards the listing said that it would ship in 3 weeks. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, then it got an orange exclamation point on the tracking, and updated delivery to expected today. It was out for delivery and is now back at the facility with the same exclamation point. Why would this happen?

First time ever and been shipping for years. I shipped two packages to two different companies/addresses on the same day. Both contained Lithium batteries. The UPS store did not have their normal battery labels so they put on another type of one. I put my phone number on both of those labels as required. Shipped 2nd day air.
