I had a package delivered in Texas, USA, but it was delivered to someone else’s address. The delivery person left it in a locker without taking any signature. The person at that address first told me the locker didn’t belong to them and belonged to someone else. They said they informed Parcel Pending about it. I source and sell JDM wheels out of western Shizuoka, Japan. Last year I sold a set of used Rays Volk TE37 XT, 18x9 +0, bronze, 6x139.7, to a buyer in Florida. Price was $2,800 shipped. He paid through PayPal. I packed the set and sent it FedEx International. Three weeks later the shipment got stuck at FedEx's Memphis hub. My customer sent me a screenshot from FedEx's clearance portal. They were holding the package until he paid $945.21. I had a package meant for delivery today at my location. I live on a school campus, so we have a mailroom that handles deliveries and serves as a post office. At 5 am this morning, the tracking number updated with "Address corrected." Now what was supposed to come to me (in Indiana) is now being shipped to Tampa, Florida. I've lodged all my complaints and left all my reviews, but I feel like it will all fall on deaf ears and I need to get it off my chest. So we ordered my son an item that shipped from Texas to Vermont. it made it within 100 miles of my house, not even to my town, before they apparently shipped it back. I have confirmed the address is correct. I get mail delivered here 6 days a week. There is no excuse for this. They do not care, It's time to dissolve USPS and let private companies ship stuff. I am not one to go online, and publicly call out a company, but what the **** happened to Fedex. Every single package turns into an issue. Last month, I ordered a PS5, it was delivered at my neighbors. Today, finally my phone is being delivered (original delivery date supposed to be Monday). I see the truck drive up on camera, so I go outside. The driver runs to my (other) neighbors house, sees me standing on my front step, sure they got a delivery next door too. I should have knew something was up when my parcel cleared customs and didnt update until it was in my state. Fedex is now saying they cannot find my address and i cant schedule a pick up because i cannot be enrolled for delivery manager for fedex just awesome. Now the parcel has to be returned back to sugargoo unless sugargoo gives fedex the right address and who knows when that will happen.
