Mid-60s boomer, semi-retired with a son in penultimate year of private school. I live in one of Australia’s biggest cities. Still working part-time. I’ve lived a large chunk of my life in USA, UK and Asia. Came back just before pandemic so he could have an Aussie upbringing. As soon as he’s in uni, I will base myself in Asia. Why? Australia, given the $6 coffees and $20 food court meals (not to mention skyrocketing living costs) is not attractive to retire in — for those of us who know the affordability and fun within an 8 hour flight. It’s harder if you haven’t lived overseas but for me it’s a no-brainer.

Keto has done wonders for me so far. But today in facing cold sweats, and I'm unsure how to proceed.
