There’s a billboard on Bakerview near Barnes & Noble that says a PF is “coming soon”, but nothing else. Can’t find anything online that describes location or opening day, but I remember seeing a post here a while ago about someone talking to a PF employee in Burlington and they had confirmed that a location was coming here, so it sounds like people have been talking! Obviously if you're an advanced body builder you need something better, but I'm just now starting to do resistance training and I feel like they have what I need. I'm not trying to build huge muscles, I just want to lean out. The isolation machines work well for me because I struggle with compound lifts. I don't get why people **** them. Plus it's affordable and open 24/7

Does anyone else who lives outside of Harrisburg have any ideas about good places to park when we are forced to sleep in our cars when RTO is enforced? I heard the Casino allows overnight parking, and Planet Fitness is open 24/7, but I would love a group of people who need to do this and are interested in doing it together for safety.

hey there any good decently equipped gyms that aren’t as busy as planet fitness near the dublin area? planet fitness isn’t really that bad but the like when i go to the gym its just always so packed and i feel like its more of house party in there instead of a locked in work out session? i just want something less crowded but still has the same type of equipment n ease of access of PF. thank you

I’ve had a Planet Fitness membership in two separate periods of my life but that last time ended two years ago. I want to go back to the gym again and try to successfully gain muscle for the first time ever. One of the issues that I’ve always had at PF is that I’ll look up a decent routine for beginners online but when I got to the gym, all of the weights or machines that I want to use are being hogged by other people the entire time. Then I end up just doing random machines and not making any progress and I eventually quit. I recently started tirzepitide. I’m finally starting to have extra energy! It’s awesome and now I want to start doing some resistance training. I have zero clue where to start. I just joined planet fitness because that is about the only membership my budget allows for. Can anyone make some suggestions on where to start? I would like to ease into it so I don’t injure myself.

So the Whoop AI button is directly over my most used workout and there’s no way to move it or scroll in a way that lets me click on the three dots. The three dots allow you to rename and copy the workout, what can I do to copy my Planet Fitness workout on the bottom?

Hey all! I'm a complete newbie to the gym game, but want to get started on my fitness journey! I'm looking for your experiences with local gyms to find the right fit for me! I live close to Volv, and have considered that (though I know it's one of the more pricey options). Also familiar with Planet Fitness, but nothing else outside of that. I’m 19 F, 5’7, 206ish rn, I lost almost 38lbs from a GLP-1 w no diet or exercising. Now I wanna start exercising to maximize the benefits of this medication. And I can’t risk looking gaunt or feeling weak from losing too much muscle mass. I quite literally want to look like a superhero. Maybe it’s a childish dream but it’s what I want. Hey, I’m a student at UIS who lives downtown and the school gym hours just changed and they don’t really fit my work schedule anymore. What are some good/not super expensive gyms in the area that are open pretty early or pretty late that would fit around a longer than average work day? Looking for something other than Planet Fitness since they don’t have a free weight bench press.
