Ace Hardware Locations

**Post:** Hey everyone — hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. We're a wholesale company that sells trending novelty and impulse products — silicone squishies, fidget toys, novelty candy, and similar high-turn impulse items. We currently supply a number of independent Ace dealers through Faire and the sell-through has been solid. We're trying to figure out the best path to scaling this within the Ace network — whether that's going through corporate buying, the Ace Hardware RSC (Retail Support Center) vendor process, or working directly with more dealers who are open to impulse/novelty sections...

Thinking about stopping by an ACE hardware later to snag one of those 38mm brass padlocks I keep seeing about. How do I tell at the store which is 38mm? I want to make sure I get the right one. Also any suggestions for other green belts that could be found in stores?

Last summer I saw a business in Providence while passing, but I was so new to the area that I was unable to determine the exact area I was in. The business was something along the lines of: Hardware Restoration, Antique Hardware, Custom Metal work ? I want to say the sign was black, white, and gold or yellow? It was on a semi main road for sure. I was so excited when I saw the sign I assumed that I would remember it and I would be able to locate it again once I had a better understanding of the area. I am struggling to find the Weber Slate catch pan aluminum liner replacements. I have called the store where we got it, they don’t carry them. Called Ace Hardware, not there either. Looked on Weber website, not there (or I’m reading what they have wrong). Also looked on Amazon. Per what the store told me I needed, can’t find the correct ones there either. Am I just missing them? I’m usually good at finding things, but striking out on this one. Help please! Thanks :)

I have cats and am concerned about adding plants that climb. I am considering making a headboard style clear acrylic sleeve to house any climbing plants. It would need a trap door to easy access the filter and be removable for entry to the full tank on occasion. I used my AI to design something and it isn't perfect.... but wondering what other cat/fish owners have come up with to keep both cat and plants safe and apart. We already moved the light up in anticipation of this design. Thoughts?

I had a pretty frustrating experience with Ace and wanted to see if others have run into this. I bought a grill (\~$500) that clearly advertised *“Free Assembly & Delivery on grills $399+.”* The product page showed it, and I even have a screenshot with my local store selected. Grill gets delivered… not assembled. So I reach out to customer service. After getting past the bot, I connect with a rep (Gloria). From there it just goes in circles: * She keeps repeating that “not all stores participate” * Says if there was no checkbox, then assembly isn’t offered * I point out the product page explicitly says free assembly (twice) * I even mention I have a screenshot showing ...

I recently saw a post of someone eating pie from ace hardware, but I believe it’s only available in California and Nevada. This got me wondering if there any other stores that happen to sell food, specifically in the east bc i’m in NC (aside from places like tjmaxx/marshalls/burlington, I think most ppl know of their weird food aisles lol). Didn’t know patches were a thing and now I’m obsessed. Started just looking for one for my Camino 35… and want the desert bloom a little too late. Two questions, will this one restock? I do the occasional stream and i wanted to build a setup that would allow for a compact stream ready configuration. I was wondering where it could be easiest to get a replacement wheel since this one is absolutely dry rotted. Hopefully somewhere local like a Walmart, harbor freight, lowes, ace hardware, stores like that. I would preferably like to buy it in person and not have to wait for an online order to be honest.

I had been watching the Deck Boss 800 for some time and decided to buy one. The local ACE Hardware 5 minutes from my home sold their last one yesterday but I was able to order one about 50 minutes away for store pickup at another ACE location. Only “problem” is this one is already assembled. Thoughts on transporting a fully assembled Deck Boss 800 laying on its back in a full size pickup with truck cap on?
