I sold a pair of girls shoes April 7th, shipped UPS ground saver April 8th. Keep in mind this was during the 4.99 shipping discount promotion. Through the part where ups gives the package to usps, it was not tracking so I looked into it, and then I was getting that usps needed postage for it. I spent hours of my time trying to clear this up and get it moving, in the meantime messaging the buyer, they never responded, not once. Then it shows as delivered and they wanted to return. had a package going from savannah ga to Houston TX. It has the RFID confirm pickup tag at 5/11 at 5:35 PM. The package was scanned in at self-check in kiosk along with two other package. the other day were delivered by Thursday! I had a package delivered to my house nearly 2 weeks ago. The package was technically delivered correctly, except it was delivered for the previous owner. (Person lives in a different state now, no ability to contact) I called the 1-800 number and was told a claim would be opened and a driver would pick up the package. The package still sits. I then decided to take the package to a UPS store and was told they cannot take it back and to call the 1-800 number. I already have, but I’ll do it again. So I do. Same thing. hi, i’m trying to send a letter with ups but i’ve never shipped anything, and i don’t know how ups works. when i looked online at their website to calculate shipping costs, it wouldn’t let me say that my package is just letter sized, and the lowest price it would give me for shipping was $40?? i can’t just put it in the mailbox because i’m trying to get it to the destination soon so tracking information would be helpful. do i need to bring my own envelope to the ups store, and are they going to try and charge me $40 for a letter? what does it usually cost to send something small? i’m a pretty anxious person and wish there was a guide for this lol.

Hiya, I have some packages that I need to mail out that require me to scan a QR code to print the shipping label. Instead of bothering the Postal Service Workers (I have quite a few packages) I was wondering if there are any USPS stores that have a self service feature (kind of like UPS stores with self service for shipping Amazon returns). I usually go to the USPS store off of Stedwick Rd, but I don’t recall them having a self service kiosk. Thanks for any suggestions!

I’m hoping someone here may have advice on how to escalate a missing package issue that seems stuck between a UPS Store and the main UPS system. On Monday, I went in person to a UPS location in Shrewsbury, NJ and had a shipping label created at the counter by the store attendant. The package was physically handed over and accepted by the employee. The problem is that the package never received an origin/acceptance scan. Tracking still only says “Label Created,” even though the package was physically tendered at the store. Arrived at the local UPS store 10 minutes after they closed last Saturday evening, so I dropped the package off at the nearby access point inside a CVS. It was scanned and shows on tracking as being "dropped off at UPS access point by customer". However, it has not progressed in the tracking steps beyond that. I'm getting concerned. Any advice?

I dropped off a package this morning to be shipped but am just noticing that my receipt tracking is a different number than my label tracking. When I track the label tracking it says label created. When I track the receipt tracking it says we have your package. I need to ship by Friday to avoid late penalty (this is a sale through resale app StockX). But the StockX app is showing the status as label created since their system is referencing the label tracking. I am nervous this won’t update and I will be penalized. The receipt tracking indicates the package is shipping to the correct city at least. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Guys, I'm in a pickle. I need to ship something long but skinny. UPS store doesn't have any boxes longer than 50". Does anyone know where I can purchase a long cardboard box for shipping? Think golf club box but longer. Needs to be 66" long minimum but 74" seems to be what people have. I need to be able to purchase it retail today for shipping tomorrow. Please and thank you.

Okay, so I sold a Proplica Keyblade about two weeks ago. It was delivered, I paid for all shipping costs upfront at the UPS store (about $74) and this morning I got a message from Ebay claiming they charged me almost $164 because of a change in weight. It was weighed at the store, cost adjusted there shipped, and delivered on May 1st. Now I have an email from ebay where UPS is claiming it weighed 90 lbs and all of a sudden are now adjusting the costs. I tried ebay support but their AI bot is useless and I can’t find any other form of support so here I am. I know this much, that thing does not weigh anywhere close to 90 lbs.
