In the beginning of wedding planning, my dad and his wife were speaking of how they're supposed to pay for the wedding in certain ways. Apparently the parents of the bride are supposed to cover expenses including the dress, invitations, cake, maybe the photographer and for the venue.  I've brought up a few expenses and there hasn't been any "oh we can cover that" or "we'll try to send something" and it's been weird for me. My husband and I went a little crazy when we discovered crochet and bought so many random skeins of yarn. We thought we would just try them out and decide what we like and get then get more. We also did not understand most projects would require multiple skeins. I digress. Hey yall! Ever since Joann’s went out of business I have not been able to find Fleece with fun patterns. My hobby lobby and Michael’s only ever has solid colors for fleece. Does anyone know of any stores with a large variety of different patterned fleece?

When I first got into fiber arts I bought one skein of everything I thought was pretty at Hobby Lobby and Joann's (RIP). I'm probably moving cross country at the end of summer and I don't know what to do with my stash. I'm new to knitting but considered knitting every skein and gifting or donating it. I know others have noticed the change in the shopping habits, but it’s pretty DRASTIC and veryyyyy telling about his current financial state and how much $$ he’s actually had to have lost from losing all of his followers. Hi yall! I’m working on making my own copycat smudge monkey (just for funsies) and used Hobby Lobby Yarn Bee Fur The Moment, Mink, because it was the closest thing a craft store near me had to the jellycat smudge monkey’s fur. Hi everyone! I have started my cross stitch journey in Mexico and am going to the States next weekend and am planning on stocking up on a ton of Evenweave linen for my future projects. I've only stitched on Aida that I've been able to get on Amazon, but it's expensive and I really want to do linen projects. I'm about 4 thousand stitches in on a 12 thousand project and I'm in love with this hobby!! I know I'm going to do great with linen, even if it takes a bit to get used to. I started crocheting about 2 years ago. Since JoAnne’s closed, the only options I have in my town for yarn are Michael’s and Hobby Lobby. Michael’s has such a ****-poor selection, and I truly do not want to support Hobby Lobby.
