I'm an ***** and somehow left my double baby stroller somewhere yesterday and the only place I can think is hobby lobby parking lot. If anybody found it it'd be cool to have back. I'll call the store tomorrow since they are closed now. Edit: we had appointments all morning but just stopped by and hobby lobby had it in the back for us.

I have now lived here for 2 years and overall it's been decent-but why on earth are there no good stores here? Unlike Chesapeake and VB, we do not have a Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Homegoods, Kroger, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Wegmans, Publix, or even an Ulta Beauty. I have heard some whispers about shoplifting issues but Norfolk has such a mix of people. Some are wealthy, some are poor, some are busy navy people etc. I am so sick of driving to different towns for basic products. Would love to know what the deal is with the lack of stores here.

I have used Elegoo, XYLtech, and Hobby Lobby generic China filaments......all with good results. PLA, PLA-CF, PETG, TPU. I can pick these up at local stores and I am curious if I should take advantage of discount bulk purchases. I am a dabbling hobbyist. I have only had my printer since December and 565.5 hours on it so far. I have 27 spools on hand but I am thinking maybe I need more.....lol. Maybe a few 3kg bulk rolls of black, white, gray??? Let me hear your whys........... ALSO.....what's your take on spools? Buy with or refillable??

Thinking about opening a store. I’m based in St Ann, north coast. I am not fully sure what I’d sell. Certain types of stores are already saturated such as agri and farm supplies, clothing, food, convenience groceries and gadget/electronics stores. I’m also somewhat wary of Other items I could sell. For example, would these stores be successful? Arts & crafts (like hobby lobby/michaels in the US), nutrition/supplement, or makeup/cosmetics (designed similar to Sephora). I guess I’m asking for advice on ideas. Niche is great but I get i can’t be too niche for the Jamaican market

I’ve just gotten into scrapbooking and am trying to find a more local craft supply store that would carry paper craft items for scrapbooking! Just wanting to support local instead of Michael’s and Hobby Lobby (RIP Joann’s) if I can. Also open to any sort of crafting events or markets! Thanks!

Sorry for my limited knowledge as I had just moved here. I noticed the only comprehensive art supply store is Jerry's on the north side. When I say comprehensive Im talking very specific art supplies that typical big box stores don't typically carry, but smaller stores or even a Blick will carry. Not that Im complaining about having Jerry's, but I am a little surprised that its the only one and its quite the drive from my side of the city. Unless Im missing something. Please advise.
