I got hired at JCPenneys right out of school and was told I could get hired as a stylist once I got my license. Well I got my license and my manager decided she doesn’t wanna hire students💔 I’ve been handing out resumes to places and have been honest about working at Pennys and why I’m not a stylist over there, but I feel like the owners I talk to get weird about it and I end up getting ghosted. There’s a lot more going on at that store that makes me wanna leave. I just wanna start working in the industry :( Should I not mention working at JCPennys? Seeing all the Boulevard Mall posts lately and it's bringing back so many memories from growing up here Used to spend entire Saturdays there with friends just wandering around for hours.
