Switched service from T-Mobile to Xfinity a week or so ago and for the first several days the internet speed tests consistently showed 1,XXXMbps download speeds and 1XX Mbps upload. Now I'm only seeing 4XX Mbps down and 1XX Mbps up. Have rebooted the gateway and my router (TP-Link BE3600) and the issue continues. I have the Xfinity gateway in bridge mode but the speeds were fine when originally set up in this configuration. Checked and rebooted desktop issue still present. NIC settings within device manager are also good as well. I would like to note I have already followed the Google suggested “Windows security” scans. Don’t know what to do from there as the scan did take like 2 hours or so. Nothing triggered the scan as malicious but I still cannot access the pokémon website due to their Imperva cybersecurity. also noting this is only an issue on my PC, I am able to access the website via my phone that is in fact connected to the same internet/wifi network, aka same IP address.
