I’m over Apple, it’s sad because I live the technology but the company is unfortunately ****** so now I am just going back to basics. I use my laptop for the internet anyway so besides wanting access to gps or a basic google search I’m not too worried about the tech. Hello, I purchased a plan for One Connect last night that includes two mobile lines and a 1GB Internet package. I mistakenly used the same email that I put onto my immediate family’s account that I needed access too after my father passed away (Original account holder). When trying to register my One Connect service it prompts me with an error and says to call support, support has been no help and can’t find the order or remove my email from the account. I think my email and me being a secondary user on the account is preventing me from registering with One Connect. What can I do here? You guys should add offline downloading for episodes so users can watch without internet. Also the site could use more optimization for mobile performance and smoother loading. A comment section under episodes would be cool too so users can discuss anime together.

Last week I did a change of responsibility for two lines. Then I took advantage of the new BOGO deal while it’s available. Those lines were ported to Verizon for better coverage but unfortunately they have much worse coverage and higher rates. They want to come back to my plan. If I port those lines onto my new BOGOs, do I risk losing the promo? My biggest concern is that the lines haven’t been out of T-Mobile for 90 days.

as the title says, my mobile data simply wont connect to the internet any more on my Doov and i have no idea why. the data symbol has full bars but a little x on it. ever since i took the SIM tray out to to add more music to my SD card, it hasn't been connecting at all and it's stressing me out. :( It still connects to my home wifi fine.
