Have you ever seen a store manager working and helping in any department? My store manager and BOTH store leads have been helping in our back room doing everything from staging to prepping and even dispensing!! Could also be the fact that our closing shift is like 2 people and 1 lead, with like 1,500+ picks, but I wanna hear y’all’s experience with store managers and the store leads :) I’d also like to mention that they always send us all the help to the back including other coaches and team leads to help in the back. Our People Lead has also stopped by to help stage & pick.

Before you answer, I already believe I was in the wrong for not telling the customer where else they could go for help and for not going to one of the store managers. When opened the door, you see a bathtub in the middle of the room(so are people behind you), and you have to pass by it to reach your bed. It’s like they forced a bathtub after finished the room.
