Predatory employer Hello all, Wanted to vent my situation to a bunch of strangers for guidance. I make a decent amount of money right doing a multi store leader with a tech company. Been here for 10 years and I used to love my job But my leader is an alcoholic that goes on benders constantly and brings me into it. Being aggressive and knit picking my every single move when he's mad. I do a lot more in this company than I should and don't get paid for the extra. Today’s Example: Opening liquor store this morning. There was a gap in coverage for awhile so I got a sup-in-training (employee of a year or so) to be my second person. He isn’t liquor sales certified so he can’t cashier in the liquor store, and thus, I can’t leave the till to handle my stocking. Whatever. So I tell him to go block down. Instead of properly blocking down, he just grabbed every empty box he found and pulled stuff forward. I picked up this lovely lever filler in a brown/black marble pattern. it's marked "Lewis's Standex British Made" on the barrel and has a 14Ct Warrented nib with a heart-shaped breather hole. It looks to me like a pen made for a department store and then branded for a company. A Writing Equipment Society post suggests that Lang (Summit) made pens for a Liverpool department store called Lewis's, so this might suggest it's origin. The nib looks right for this as well.
