**Here's the idea:** Employers have legal obligations to try to hire American workers before hiring foreign workers. We all know they use every phony contrivance they can to falsely claim they cannot find American Workers. A database will be created to take that excuse away from them. The database would be open to any persons, as long as they are Americans or Legal Permanent Residents if required by law, to store their resume. No sense in having a database for the purpose of finding a Visa worker. I would have to charge a fee to allow entry, but I think an annual fee of $19.00 would cover it. If the fee is not paid, account becomes inactive, and the person is not found in searches....

Over the last year or so, I’ve been pretty bummed about the state of the toy aisle at my local Walmart here in central Kentucky. Ours was one of the stores that pulled most of the premium / collector-leaning action figures. And in "Merry Christmas Mrs Moskowitz", there is this one point that just nags at me. At the beginning of the episode Fraiser is explaining to Roz that he ordered a "tasteful tree" from the department store. It would be delivered on Christmas eve, fully decorated. Later in the episode when the tree is delivered it's just this sad, plain, tree with a few small wired ribbon bows thrown on it. Is that seriously the best the prop department could do?
