I want to get more rocks and wood for my beardies enclosure but idk where to get any from, it’s winter here so it’s hard to find anything that’s outside and pet smart only has so may options plus they’re super expensive. Is it normal in other stores that only 1 or 2 managers do any work and the rest you never see? One manager got promoted recently to Lead and this person is really very good, doing many departments at the same time. We don’t have GM manager and the GOL managers are new and all start 5am, so everything is on this one manager to run. Location: Garland, Texas. Been working at a department store for almost 7 years. Did my job well with the only complaint from a customer happening by mistaking me for someone else they wanted to complain about. But just recently I was fired for sitting down in between customer interactions. Been doing this for about 2 years now without incident. It really only started in December that complaints from someone in management would start coming in.
