I know usually you had to be a full-time associate and a department supervisor to become and apply for ASM positions etc to move up the ladder. I been with Depot since 2009. I was a department supervisor for 2 yrs and went part-time when they did the restructuring to persue something else and wasn't happy with where they wanted to put me as the new department supervisor.
