Where I work, there's an app that we use. While we talk to the patient, we have the app record the conversation. It listens and writes a super detailed summary of what we talked about afterward. Most patients consent to it. I'll show you an example below. The notes are so much more detailed than what I would have written myself. I know this makes charting a lot easier. Honestly, it makes the notes more complete and more accurate, at least most of the time. I have many favourite Christmas films, one of them being "The Santa Clause", it is absolutely my favourite version of what the North Pole and Santa's workshops look like! As a child I always wanted to ride the train and the bedroom looks so comfortable. I'm watching it right now and having that typical "They don't make them like that anymore!" It reminds me of when department stores used to have animatronic displays in the windows and as a centrepiece in the middle of the shop sometimes accompanied by the big man himself. I work mainly in dairy/grocery, and have for about 6 years, and started at a new store at the beginning of the year. My manager when I started was great, no complaints. My father found this Ralph Lauren tray in his storage from maybe 30-40 years ago. I couldn’t find it by reverse image searching. He said it might be from New York, maybe a store like Macy’s. Overnight Frozen lead here again. Yes I still do work by myself. I’m in a situation where I request days off but, management keeps refusing my request. The last time I was ever approved of a day was back in August of this year. Ever since then they’ve been refused. Regular days that I needed to be off for were refused.
