Maybe I am rather old fashioned in my ways of thinking at times? However, one thing I’ve noticed lately from those I work with is lack of care. I’m not a bootlicker in any way, I despise corporate because they believe that they’re 100% knowing in everything that goes on. From when customers come by, they remember me, they see me, they know me. By name, by voice, by personality. They know I run circles to do what i can for them. Was wondering if anyone here signed up for part 2 of this study. They want you to take 2 photos of several items from different departments in a grocery store but I wanted to know if there's a minimum or maximum and if you have to get pictures of every single item in that department. I tried messaging the researcher but never got a response. Has anyone ever done this study or one similar?

I was hired as HRE two weeks ago after working in style/fulfillment since October. I started training the second week of January and went to a nearby store for three days to get some hands-on training. This week I was scheduled 4 shifts in HR and one shift in fulfillment. However, I do not have my online HRE credentials/privileges yet (ie: requisitioning, schedule changes, email, etc.). I asked both my HRETL and SD and SD said ‘it’s just a button HR has to push and then they send you a background check to complete.’ Well, it’s been 4 days since then. Has anyone tried in install bpa-free water storage barrels connected in series to act as a constantly-renewing fresh water storage system? If you had a few thousand gallons worth of 55 gallon drums, all connected with fittings that could withstand typical municipal water department line pressures, it seems feasible that they could be an easy way store water that requires little to no maintenance to “store” some reserves.

I love being universal, because in January when hours are ****, I actually luck out. I got scheduled 0 hours for the whole month of January and here is my story. I picked up a boat load of service advocate shifts it was great they’re in the morning, I’m out early, and I typically don’t **** it. ESPECIALLY since my store stopped doing whole Drive Up shifts (DU) and now breaks it into 2 hour blocks. This way each TM gets an even time outside. It’s fair I get it. I cannot complain. I’ve been with this company for 6 years. When I first started in Alabama, we were understaffed, overworked, and overtime was basically a given. I assumed that was just how this company operated. Then I transferred to Texas and it was a completely different job. That store was properly staffed (two people per department “mostly”), management was present and actually listened, and the freight team felt valued instead of disposable.
