Please tell me this isn't ok. I had to run all over the store to different first aid kits because I couldn't find the supplies I needed to take care of my injury. When I first came here, the department I worked in didn't even know where their first aid kit was located. Not even the managers. Is this common? I thought the store was responsible for refilling them? Is there anyone I can call outside of the store that this can be reported to?

The problem with Kroger in general is that management is heavily incentivized to "meet metrics" and they are heavily criticized for "missing metrics". The plot has been lost. We are in business to make money, not get a green checkmark on a report. We are a C volume store, our labor hours are barely 260 hours. How are you guys scheduling? Are all department managers and store managers supposed to run the store by themselves? In Texas. For context, the store I work at installed a vent hood with a grill and fryers. It has had leaking issues since it's been installed, and it's been patched a couple of times. But currently every time it rains, water comes down the side of the vent hood and drips directly onto the grill. We weren't actively using the grill so it hadn't been priority to get fixed. So I just saw that I've been dinged for a wrong item in my Shopping Quality. Even though it wasn't the wrong item all. The story: A customer order organic shredded chicken. I grabbed that, but the store started labeling organic as "MWO (Made With Organic)" instead of "Organic".
