Has anyone else been coached soon after the new system went into place? I have worked here for 3 years in this department and not been coached. Soon after the new raise system went into place I was coached for breaks. I was told I was taking to long for going a few minutes over one day and coached for it. 3 other associates were coached for similar things, others who also don't take long breaks. Meanwhile others who take 30 minute breaks or longer are not even talked to about it.
