I run a restaurant and just had one of the most frustrating experiences with Uber Eats. Customer places an order → we make it → Uber driver picks it up and marks it as delivered. Customer calls us saying they never received it. Not our fault, but we still did the right thing—we remade the entire order and delivered it ourselves, out of pocket.
