My cordless drill died this morning while working on our fence. Home Depot website said their store two miles away had plenty in stock. Got in the truck & headed over. They do indeed have plenty in stock. They're all inside locked cages. There is *one* guy who has the key to the locked cages. He's tied up with a (very) picky customer. Why does every single thing I’ve purchased from this site always come drenched in the same exact scent? It’s a mix of cheap department store perfumes and cigarette smoke. I guess that is the general average smell of everything they receive and because it’s all stored in warehouses together it permeates, but I’m so sick of it. Usually after washing or airing out or (at most extreme) hot boxing it with our ozone machine it becomes usable but there are a few items from which it seems to never leave. Sure, maybe my boss was TECHNICALLY wrong. But what does “at least 13k” even mean?? Is it 13k or is it more?? The charm that I sold was literally MARKED 14k, and we test all of the items in store through an electric tester AND acid testing if we’re not 100% sure. We had the option to offer a partial refund to the buyer, so I knocked $50 off the price (which made the total less than the gold market value is today) and they declined. How would you feel if you worked at a Nordstrom and you knew somebody that works in your department thats dating a manager in the store? Same coworker is being pushed to be a manager and for some reason talks to people worse than the managers talks to the workers. It's to the point where she literally does anything she wants. I'm at the point where I might make a report on her mainly because there's Alot she does and gets away with and nobody seems to say almost anything about. For example how would you feel if you was in the fitting room and the manager in the store came to try on clothes and she goes in the room with him. For that alone I feel I should report.

I've been trying to add a voice line for over a week now but there's an issue on my account preventing the new line from activating. I'm on the experience beyond plan which is an individual account. Last week I tried processing the new line in-store (corporate) on two separate occasions without success.
