Here's why this PETG kit is so outstanding:1h agoHello everyone, fellow makers and DIY enthusiasts! I recently switched to Creality's official 1.75mm 12-roll PETG tinder, and it's been so much easier! I wanted to share my experience. Let me explain why I love it: 🔹 Quality Control: No clogging, no warping. Every print is perfectly clean. 🔹 Odorless: Very convenient for indoor printing. Honestly, some tinder smells awful 😷 🔹 Moisture-Proof Packaging: Each roll is individually sealed, so it won't become brittle even after months of storage. 🔹 Durable and Sturdy: Combines durability and ease of use. Perfect for making functional parts. I initially bought it during a promotion. ... Looking for ideas for a one week trip from KUL Malaysia1h agoHi all, My sister (19F) and I (33F) are going to Kuala Lumpur to visit family for the lunar new year, and would like to plan a 1 week trip out of KL. It would be the last week of February. We enjoy food, fashion, art, beauty, people watching, maybe a place where we could do pole dancing as its a hobby for the both of us. Not big into the drinking or clubbing scene (I'm trying for a baby and might be pregnant at the time of travel). I've considered : \- Japan (Tokyo): 6 hours away and the flights are expensive, plus it's really cold that time of year. But I haven't been able to stop thinking about Japan since last spring when I visited the 1st time \- South Korea (... PIMIs are ****** when it comes to facts about biology and more1h agoBeing PIMO has given me the great opportunity of seeing through the lies and manipulation inside the borg, but it also makes me see how ****** and sheltered the rank and file really are when it comes to not just theology and critical thinking, but science as well. This story from three months ago explains an example of the buffoonery in their heads: So three months ago I was preaching with a PIMI brother, and we were knocking at a house that had a pretty garden with bamboos, ponytail palms and horsetails. Then a young PIMI elder points out how pretty the bamboos and the horsetails looked, and I said that it’s so interesting that horsetails and araucarias have made it until our modern da... Looking for Apple TV users to help test whether Dolby Vision is triggering correctly1h agoHi everyone, I’m currently testing a third-party media player that supports multiple media servers, and I’d like to verify whether Dolby Vision (DV) triggers correctly on different TVs when playing DV content on Apple TV. Since DV triggering on Apple TV can be affected by things like TV model, HDMI cable, picture mode, and content format, I’m hoping to gather some real-world feedback from users with different setups. If you’re willing to help, here’s how you can test: **Test steps:** • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play • Or download directly from: [https://okaapps.com/product/1659622164](https://okaapps.com/product/1659622164#) • Add your Je... I made a simple iOS app to help clean up your contacts — would love your feedback!1h agoHey everyone 👋 I just released a small utility app to solve a problem I’ve had for years: an overloaded, messy contact list full of people who Im not really talk much, but still dont wanna remove it. I wanted a way to "hide" contacts from list quick and easy. But cant found any existing solution. Every suggestion tell create the new contact list and move contact to new list, but **** I have hundreds of contacts need to move and it so annoying. So I built ContactArchive, a lightweight tool that helps clean and contacts quickly and still show me who is called after archived. Top 10 Things Expats MUST Know About Germany1h ago# What Makes Germany Feel Like a Massive Instruction Manual? Moving to Germany can feel like stepping into a country governed by an *invisible rulebook* — one that no one warns you about but everyone silently follows. Daily life here is shaped by structure, systems, and clear expectations, and expats often discover this only after a few surprising experiences. I’ve spoken about this culture of unwritten rules in more depth in two videos: 🔹 *“Things I Wish I Knew Before Coming to Germany”* — [https://youtu.be/x7xDQaa12LU](https://youtu.be/x7xDQaa12LU) 🔹 *“Germany’s Invisible Rulebook: What No One Tells You”* — [https://youtu.be/CY7NqtVrkas](https://youtu.... I am just like my mom, and I am not at all like her1h agoThought this might be an interesting thread for us. Today I woke up and thought about how my mothering is very similar to how I was mothered, and also different. Like my own mother, I am a sleepy woman. I need a good deal of sleep and rest. In general, I'm really happy curling up quietly with a book on the couch all weekend. I can also be a bit materialistic in a sense-- I also love buying things, spending the day at the shops looking in the windows, and having a nice lunch out. I am not a joiner and don't do a ton of structured activities with my toddler, more vibes really. I used to criticize my mom for this, but now I really get it. Life is tiring. Mothering is tiring. I wo... How do we deal with Argos mattress exchange policy?1h agoHello. We have recently bought a mattress with Argos (Emma original memory foam mattress). Our old mattress has seen better days and it was really uncomfortable but it was a pocket spring mattress. The Emma mattress seems even more uncomfortable than our old mattress, not sure if I just have to get used to it or it’s it just too firm for me. I wake up with back and neck pain everyday. I got 3 questions 1. Will I ever get used to sleeping on that Emma mattress? Is it just a transition thing? 2. Any other recommendations for a mattress that they sell in Argos? Not a memory foam? (We can only exchange the mattress not return it) 3. Anyone has any issues with exchanging mattresses wit... Confused by the sudden wave of "Wally is evil"1h agoSpoiler warning for the entire update but like. Did I miss something? If anything, his actions feel a bit clearer now. Wally has helped us 'look behind the veil' and see the truth regarding the Neighborhood since the start of this website. Sometimes it was random letters we had to stitch together. Sometimes it was images that were secretly links. But he has always been trying to show us the truth in whatever way he could. Both the good truths and the real ugly ones. He became a lot more blunt with it during the Julie update after he got cut out of the website. He was audibly ****** off, sure, but he also made it clear that he was worried that they (Him and you? Him and the neigh... Lots of Freebies in Supercell's Store, they want us to win the event1h agohttps://store.supercell.com/brawlstars What's the f*ck is with people and their bright *** headlights!?1h agoEvery time I go with my mom or dad to the grocery store or if I'm walking outside at night people are driving with their extra bright headlights on and blinding the **** out of me and my parents. Especially, the ones who use those blue headlights, it's inconsiderate and we have those Amber Sodium light poles all around and even some white street lamps. Why on earth do people need to drive with their brights on? Every time I'm in the car with my Dad they'll drive past us from across and that **** shines right in our ******* eyes. If people can't see with all the street lights glowing then honestly they need to go get glasses or something or get off the road. I do not want to apologize to my husband…agree with me or help me crush my ego.1h agoToday me and my husband are on FaceTime…I’m playing my game and he’s eating and just doing whatever. Anyone that knows me knows that I make random noises all the time. I hum, I grunt I stim I tic I do it all. I have ADHD but I honestly feel like I may need to be tested for some other neurological disorder. For some reason FaceTime amplifies my husband when he is eating, and I told him today i can hear him chewing on call. Then I let it go start playing my game again, and start grunting (on of my many common sounds) Mind you he KNOWS that I do this. He snaps at me on goes “I can’t eat my food in peace? I’ll just mute myself.” So I just hang up. Cause what was that. He text... AIO-Employee tells me off in resignation note1h agoHi! I apologize!this is a long one. But I am literally stunned. So I am not sure what to make of this. I hired this employee less than a year ago. She has been hard to deal with the entire time. I should have documented all of the problems along the way, but I am a fairly forgiving person and also hopeful that people can change. I own two custom picture framing shops, so I am only at each shop 3 days out of a week. I have an open door policy meaning that I encourage my employees ( I have 14 total) to come to me with any issues both inside and outside of work. While I cannot give advice on problems outside of work, I can be an friendly ear. I do treat all of my staff as if they were family... WIBTA if I asked my colleague to stop eating her breakfast during our morning meeting?1h agoEveryday we have a small handover meeting (about patients) at 9am. The meeting never lasts more than 30 mins and we start work at 8:30am. In this meeting it’s usually 2-5 of us and everyday my colleague eats a yoghurt bowl style breakfast. It is known within my team that I have mild sensory issues and don’t respond well to noisy environments but I handle these myself with adaptations. I have always suffered from misophonia and **** when people talk with their mouth open and smack their lips. My colleague is particularly bad for this and I can even hear her ******* the food around her mouth. There is nothing stopping her eating once she returns to her desk and I don’t think it’s t... GLP-1s for cats? Akston launches clinical research for pet weight management approach1h ago# Key takeaways * Akston is launching clinical research at Cornell University, US, to test a once-weekly GLP-1 protein therapy for weight management in overweight cats. * The therapy aims to address feline obesity, which is a highly common and currently ineffectively treated health issue in veterinary medicine. * Preclinical studies showed no adverse effects in laboratory cats, and the company anticipates a significant market potential due to the high prevalence of overweight cats. Keep your collection private, organized, resale-ready1h agoHey everyone, I'm thrilled to introduce **PrivaDossier**! It's a private app that keeps all your important personal stuff organized **right on your device**. I'm talking about things like **watches, jewelry, art, wine, handbags** – the valuable things you care about. I created PrivaDossier because I was tired of the mess of tracking receipts, serial numbers, and service history in emails and spreadsheets. Plus, I wanted to keep my collection **private** and not have it sitting on some random cloud server. With PrivaDossier, you can make a file for each item and store everything in one spot on your device. You can add: * Photos of the item, box, and papers * Importa... Avoidant left again1h agoI'm pretty sure the person I was in a situationship with for almost a year is FA, she's 34. I'm very much anxious, I'm 35. She's ended things with me more than once. The most recent time being yesterday over text. This isn't the first time. It's actually the 3rd time. The second time was on the phone but it was more like, "I need time and space" rather than it's over. The first time was 5-6 months ago. She sent a long breakup text and I called her up straight away to talk because I didn't feel I could write a good enough message. So we spoke on the phone, we both said we were sad but it was for the best. We wished each other well and sa... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
