We buy large bags of peeled garlic, but frequently find it going bad before we've used it all. My wife saw an online tip about freezing it, and I wanted to do it with a uniform standard measurement. Press the print into a zip-loc quart freezer bag with 3/4 cup of chopped garlic to portion it evenly into 12 tablespoons, then freeze for future use.
