I’ve been with Panera Bread for over seven years. I started as a team member and worked my way up to my current role as a General Manager. I work in the Columbus market for Covelli. Can you be fired for not hitting your bonus goals? I’ve missed food cost a few times now. My management team consists of only four people, and my store is generally hard to staff. As the title implies, I've been on my period for nearly eight whole months. Before that, I had a prolonged period for a period of 5 months, along with other inconsistent period problems. I come from a certain country that was exposed to diseases that wiped out a large number of its population and every few decades it experiences intense famine. This pattern is so common and the country now is one ofthe highest countries in food insecurity. I noticed that in my immigrant community, 80% of them have shown clear signs of adhd.
