You never knew how much a yoga teacher affects you until they are gone. We recently found out that our yoga teacher passed away suddenly and our class now has a big hole. Personally she helped me deal wtih the death of my father and really drove me into yoga and how it has help make me realize a lot of myself. When the class found out we shared all of our memories of her and how she made us smile and laugh during class. She was more than just an instructor, she became our guide and most of all our friend. So my (19f) cycle has been varying between 40-60 days for the past 6 months now. before this my cycle and periods have been fairly normal and regular. I have no idea why my cycle is so long all of a sudden. It has been taking a big mental toll on me as luteal phase is soooo long i’m always depressed and sad right before my period. my cramps have also been getting a lot worse i used to never really get cramps. I don’t know how to survive the luteal phase i just feel so miserable and then as soon as my period starts i’m fine :( I might book a GP appointment however i don’t know if they will take this seriously or just blame it on stress. Ok, so I'm in the US, and there is this big box store called ****'s where I got my first MTB, the GT Aggressor Pro, it's good I guess for a starter bike, but one thing I'm seeing a ton is that the chain drops whenever I go downhill. It's currently winter here in the Midwest so I haven't ridden it at all, I'll do a full tune up and hit the trails once it gets warmer/drier, but as of right now, does anyone know why this keeps happening? Even if it’s still winter, it’s starting to feel springy outside. ICE is still here in Minnesota, but the worst of it has (hopefully) passed. Things may not be back to normal, but let’s help speed up our recovery. It’s the next big community effort.
