I work a lot because I have to. I am on a path to become debt free and because there is a chance of retro pay being a good way to eliminate a big part of my debt, I work a lot. For the most part, I love the job (as much as I complain lol). I do smilie a lot at work, and I do laugh a lot at work so there are some great days in between the boring ones. But I am also ready to cut my hours and do something else. Figuring I will get 20% more in retro of whatever I block keeps me working all these hours. I made the completely impulsive decision to change schools a week before classes started.
