When I was around 2 weeks post botox I finally started getting some burps that was a bit relieving and with taste. I started to think I was getting into the right direction and been trying to practice with carbonation. But now almost 4 weeks post botox when I feel a bubble that I think should be a burp, I turn my head and get reflux instead. And I have lost all of the big “loud” burps and sometimes get only smaller. It’s like 50% of the burps I had have turned into reflux instead. Drinking carbonation which used to made me burp a lot almost causes no burps at all. It really seems like a gamble sometimes. 🎲 I think part of the problem is that sizing standards vary so much between different brands and factories.
