I have had the helio strap a week now. I don’t exercise much, but I have POTS and some autoimmune diseases thought it would be good to have a better sense of my health. First year going for it and trying to build a garden. I told myself it would be a year of a lot of mistakes and learning, and it’s okay if I don’t produce much. My current problem: I ordered bulk soil from a local company to save money since I’ll be filling all new beds. I ordered “amended topsoil (screened/compost mixture)”, 5 cubic yards of it. I started to fill my small beds and growing containers first. Have it a little water, and I returned the next day to a roc hard surface with a muddy mess underneath.
