Recently he was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, a rare genetic condition that causes progressive vision loss. In his case the progression has been fast and he is already losing much of the vision he has left. He’s been incredibly brave through all of this. I think about this a lot, with a lot of stores/businesses (Build-A-Bear, Disney World, AG, etc.) — so like the title says, do you predict it will ever close or do you think Mattel will be making AG until the end of time? I also think about the MyTwinn company a lot; as a kid, I never thought there would be a day MT would shut its doors, and I was so sad when I found out as an adult that they did. Going off that question, I’m reading where MT struggled after 9/11, which partly led to their closure. How was AG able to stand the rest of time, but MT wasn’t?
