\^Condo There is a big new condo building getting built in my town that was started 5 years ago and has had lots of progress problems. How does it work if someone “bought one” when they started marketing 5 years ago, but it still is not completed? Do they close and get the loan when it’s complete? Or have they been making payments on the full offer price the last 5 years during all these delays? Would they have the interest rate from when they made the offer 5 years ago, or today’s rate? What if they just found out the HOA cost is big bucks and they can no longer afford it?

Long post. More like emotional venting for my own benefit. I had a left L5/S1 microdiscectomy / laminotomy in February. My sciatic nerve was stuck on disc material. They removed some disc material and released the nerve. I also had facet joint arthritis crushing the nerve, so they drilled the nerve root canal open. Took 3.5 years to get surgery. I still have sciatica though. I still take gabapentin everyday. I have to wait 12 months before the surgery office will do a nerve conduction study. I have a theory that just from the layout of the map that this shifting earth was supposed to be a whole new map with it's own shifting earth effects. I assume they just wanted to tighten the scope so they could release a more polished version. Which is fair. I get the feeling that the castles and boss rush towers that halve your health were more so going to be shifting earth effects.
