hey guys, I took a vinyasa class this morning with a teacher i’d never been to before, and she sequenced half moon into standing splits on the same grounded leg. I took my 200 HR YTT earlier this year and have been teaching since. I generally avoid transitioning from open to closed hips back to back to (particularly with beginners) to keep it simple and accessible physically, but a big no no for me would be transitioning from half moon into anything other than warrior 2, especially not into another balancing pose? Hi its me again I had 2 guinea pigs who were 4 and 3 ,one died of a rare stomach cancer we were unable to catch and his buddy got too stressed to go on without him and died of pneumonia 5 weeks after. Hello, I have a telehealth mental health exam and I’m having a lot of anxiety about it. It’s for MST. It happened for about a year while I was in. Adding another post to the growing body of Baggu Small Cloud Carry-On field test reports! I’ve used it for about 6 months in different travel situations. Flown with it twice, once using it as a carry-on and more recently as a personal item. In my opinion, this bag is most functional when used as a personal item when you also have a rolling bag as a carry-on that it can ride on using the handle strap. This way, you don’t have to carry it on your shoulder or by hand except during transitional times. The bag is even more functional when you’re also trying to not check a bag and need lots of space.
