I have these small bumps all over my face and also on my upper and lower back. Luckily I don’t have any painful, big cysts but these are so irritating and nothing have helped. I’ve tried several birth control pills, benzonyl peroxide, adapalene and even acne antibiotics. In skincare I have tried azelaic acid and salisylic acid. Now I’m on spironolactone for acne but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Do you think this might be fungal acne and that’s why those normal acne treatments haven’t worked? It’s official.  Today, after 11 months, I hit 50 lbs on my Zepbound journey.  It hasn’t been easy but hitting this first monumental goal of mine is like winning the lottery.  I feel so much better. From what I can find, a lot of research suggests that hyperforin plays a major role in the antidepressant effects of St. John’s Wort.
