Was wandering through a mall this evening and walked into a GAP store on a whim. Spotted a pile of T-shirts — old unsold stock — and found these two beautiful tees. Price on the tag was Rs 3000 (about $34) each, but the discount offered was steep… bought them for less than $8 a piece…. Along with a couple of Jimi Hendrix tees. I have POTS, so while I don’t need any mobility aids day to day, I’m using one there to avoid passing out and/or other symptoms. I am from a northeast suburb. A young family taking the bus and using it regularly carries a big of stigma. For example, here, if a family used the bus to get to the grocery store, they could be seen as a pity case or that they were perhaps unable to afford a car. Hi there, I recently have been noticing a lot of deed theft going on in Brooklyn and Queens homes. I don't like to rent from big firms because one, they tend to ask that people accept garbage places for a ridiculous price and two, I have an unusual situation where all of a sudden I make double my salary so my rent budget is high and my credit still needs work. I am worried that my landlord would be part of a deed theft scam and that nyc does nothing to combat it. In that case, only proof for rent I got is receipts from payments. Would that hold up in court? I did not even update my home address because I could care less in a digital world and even USPS lost track of where I live.

I have been looking at BIFL stroller wagons. Obviously there are loads of choices. The trouble im having is that it would only be used as a stroller on rare occasions. I want the push feature for those times. I also want to be able to pull it around my yard and use it for gardening. So, I want sturdy, push/pull, and big enough tires that it wont sink in to the grass when im gardening. Any recommendations? It seems like I see a lot that have 2 of the three: push/pull and sturdy but narrow tires, or big tires and sturdy but only pull. If I can't find all three, I likely won't BIFL.
