BIG LOTS Locations

Hello all, I'd like some advice/direction on what to do. I bought a house with a huge 9-10 foot, climbing probably decade old rose bush as the center piece of the back yard. It's a Dr. Huey, and it is healthy with lots of blooms and does look very lovely but obviously it's a once bloomer. I'm sort of loathe to remove it, because if a plant another climber in place it might take years to get to that state. Is it worth it to rip out the Dr.Huey and plant a new climber? I assume I'll have to wait 5 years before it gets as big as the existing one.

It's a beautiful spring day. I spent the last weekend with friends in my hometown and have been as honest with them about my struggles with depression and my wish to be dead as I ever have been.
