Hello, my junkers bosch boiler pressure went down to zero after I tried to bleed the radiators. Now I am trying to repressurize but I am failing. What I did was the following: I closed the two small screws (in red) and I removed the big cap (circled on green) on the left. Then I connected that to a water source. I opened again the two small screws on red, and opened the tap (water source), to fill the boiler with water plus increase the pressure. I waited until the pressure went to 3 bars, and then started to bleed radiators until the pressure went to 2 bars. After I was done, I tried to close the small screws again, remove the water pipe, in order to put back the green thing. Howeve...

The 3 of us cracked a pack each while mom was cooking us breakfast. Got a nice lot of sealed stuff at the store for MSRP yesterday (I left lots for others) and decided to open one of the 4 blisters I got us. Usually, the kids get all the luck but not today fam. Centering looks off left to right but I ain't even mad it's not a 10 contender.

So I bought some yarn at a store today, and there seems to be something on the label. At first i thought it was just dirt, but the shape of it (kinda pushing from the center ig) made me think that it might be mold. Also, it was in a big plastic bag with a bunch of other balls, so it doesnt make much sense that itd be dirty, especially when theres no dirt on the outside of the label. Theres nothing visible on the yarn ball itself, it looks fine. As for the shop, the balls looked like theyd been there a while, but there isnt really anything off about it - no heavy humidity or anything like that.

I see a lot of posts and articles about grilling Turkeys, but they all seem to be using smaller birds- I have a 21 lber and am not really sure how that will work. I could use either a Weber spirit II or an 18" Weber charcoal grill, but both seem a little tight on space. Most recipes cal for indirect heat but with a bird this big that will be hard. I am thinking my best bet is to not spatchcock the bird but to cook it on the gas grill in a roasting pan, so basically the same as in an oven though maybe with some woodchips thrown in for smoke. Happy to hear from anyone who has worked with a bird this size on a grill before!
