Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Big Lots Latest Community Discussions About Big LotsOn a Rock3h agoEverybody always thinks we soldiers lay down our lives for the civilians. That’s poetic, but not true. In fact, I wouldn’t mind scragging the civilians myself—even those on our own side. You have to understand the situation I’m in right now to get why I would do something that sounds so horrible to you. Take this planet I’m on right now as an example. Average size, average climate with slightly wet summers, just a few small land masses, lots of mountains, few useful resources, and barely any plant life. Almost no animals except for the livestock the settlers imported and the occasional pet they own. And of course, my special friends: the mosquitoes. I don’t know why, but on eve... I'm 24F based in Auckland looking for more friends to hang out with online and IRL as my friend group atm is quite small :( I have a PC and Switch 2 and currently playing lots of Marvel Rivals and Animal Crossing as well as Dreamlight Valley, Star Wars the Old Republic, Robocop: Rogue City and wayyyy too many more XD. But alongside this rarefied tradition there has always existed another kind of mathematical culture, less celebrated but equally essential: the practical arithmetic of merchants, traders, grain dealers, and money changers, the everyday calculation that kept commerce functioning, that enabled markets to operate, that allowed the ordinary transactions of economic life to be conducted with accuracy and fairness. Lala Anuparaye's Līlāvatīcandrikā, an arithmetical treatise in Braj Bhash... Parking tips for Steven Curtis Chapman's Speechless '26 Tour at Goodyear Theater (Akron 03/03)3h agogoing to see steven curtis chapman at the goodyear theater on 03/03 should be a great show but honestly the parking in east akron can be a bit of a headache if you don't have a plan. the theater is right in the middle of the east end development so it gets crowded pretty fast when a big tour comes through. i figured i'd share what i found to save everyone some stress. i definitely recommend checking out Prked before you head over. it's an app where you can rent driveways or private garage spots from people living right near the venue. it's usually way cheaper than the official garage and you can skip the massive line of cars trying to get out of the parking deck a... Parking tips for Miguel: CAOS Tour at Landmark Credit Union Live (Milwaukee 03/03)3h agoyo if you are heading to see miguel at landmark credit union live on 03/03 you definitely need to plan your parking situation early because that part of downtown milwaukee gets super congested whenever there is a big show. honestly the best way to deal with this is using Prked to find a spot in a nearby driveway or private garage. it is way cheaper than the official venue lots and you can usually find something just a short walk away that lets you skip the massive line of cars trying to get out of the garages after the show. for other options you have the macarthur square parking garage which is located at 841 north james lovell street and is pretty much right across from the venue b... Best VPNs According to Reddit Users3h agoThere's a dirty secret about VPN review sites that most of them don't want you to know. A huge chunk of "unbiased" VPN roundups you find via Google are written by companies that *own* the VPNs they're reviewing. Kape Technologies, for instance, owns both CyberGhost and ExpressVPN — and also owns several high-traffic VPN review websites. That's not a conspiracy theory. It's in their public filings. So people started going to Reddit instead. And honestly? It's a sharp idea. Reddit's community isn't perfect — VPN companies absolutely pay shills to astroturf in r/VPN — but the signal-to-noise ratio is still miles better than a "Top 1... Parking tips for U.S. Bank Stadium Baseball at U.S. Bank Stadium (Minneapolis 03/03)3h agohey everyone, if you are heading to the stadium for the baseball games on 03/03, i figured i'd share what i know because downtown minneapolis can be a mess for parking even when it isn't a vikings game. since it is march, it might still be freezing or snowing, so having a plan is key. honestly, your best bet is to check out Prked first. you can use the app to find and rent private driveways or garages right next to u.s. bank stadium. it is way cheaper than the official stadium ramps, and you get to skip the massive line of cars trying to squeeze out of a garage after the final out. plus, it is usually just a really short walk. if you decide to go with the regular ra... Looking for advice on opening a Bikram Yoga studio in Frankfurt3h agoHi everyone, I hope this is okay to ask here. My wife is a certified yoga teacher, and we are currently thinking about opening a Bikram Yoga studio in Frankfurt, Germany. This is still in the early planning phase, and before we make any big financial decisions, we would really appreciate hearing from people who already run a studio or have experience with Bikram or hot yoga businesses. We are especially interested in understanding what we might not be thinking about yet. Things like initial investment, heating systems and technical requirements, ventilation, flooring, permits, insurance, staff structure, ongoing monthly costs, marketing, pricing models, and how long it realistically takes ... Cocoline revision rhinoplasty3h ago2 Weeks Post I flew from Europe to Seoul, South Korea, in early February for my revision rhinoplasty. I’ve always loved how natural nose jobs look in Korea. My first rhinoplasty was in Turkey, but unfortunately I ended up with a typical Barbie nose that didn’t suit my face at all. After reading many positive reviews online, I chose Cocoline. I also liked that the clinic works with one main surgeon, which felt much more personal. The doctor is an ENT specialist, which is a plus point. Because of my first rhinoplasty, I had breathing issues on one side due to a narrow nasal passage. During the consultation, a CT scan confirmed this, and we decided to fix it during the surgery (additional... Parking tips for John Pizzarelli at Birdland Jazz Club (New York 03/03)3h agohey everyone if you are heading to see john pizzarelli at birdland on 03/03 you probably already know that hells kitchen and the theater district are a total nightmare for parking especially around the 9:30 pm set. honestly your best bet is using Prked to find a spot. you can rent out driveways or private garage spaces right by the club for way cheaper than the standard lot prices and it lets you skip the massive traffic lines at the big commercial garages. it is usually a short walk and makes the whole night way less stressful than trying to fight for a spot in a crowded lot. if you decide not to go that route there are a few icon and quik park garages on 44th and 45th streets ... How to be emotionally resilient3h agoHi all! I made a post a month ago asking for opinions, it helped a lot and made me start looking at things from an outside perspective. Im planning my leave from my boyfriend of almost 5 years, and hopefully it wont take more than two or three more months. Since then things haven’t been terrible but sometimes they’re bad. I’ve been flipped over his shoulder, punched in the face, and choked so far. Im honestly really afraid at this point but i don’t think he hates me, but then again i also feel like i have a sorta Stockholm syndrome and that Im just making a big mistake and that it doesn’t matter if he does small things. I have to vent about this it has nothing to do with my quest... Parking tips for Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks at Birdland Theater (New York 03/03)3h agogoing to see vince giordano and the nighthawks at birdland theater on 03/03 is going to be a blast but honestly trying to park in the theater district around 5:30 pm is a total nightmare. it is right in the middle of the pre-broadway rush and hells kitchen traffic so you definitely want a solid plan before you head over there. your best bet for avoiding the typical midtown madness is using Prked to find a spot. you can rent out private driveways or garage spaces right near birdland theater which ends up being way cheaper than the standard commercial lots. it lets you skip the massive lines at the big garages and you usually get a much shorter walk to the venue without the stress of c... 6 months since I broke up with my LLF partner of 10+ years3h agoBeen on multiple dating apps for about 3 months. It's ***** big time. I feel like a time traveller coming from an era where dating was... different. Terms like "being exclusive" weren't a thing back then, it was obvious. Now it seems people date 3+ people at the same time, then go for what they think is the best option they can get but that person goes for another option and no one really matches. Not to mention the amount of people that seem to only look for self validation on these apps. They match you but **** is it hard to get them off the app and meet in person. I've tried so many different approaches. Still single but had multiple dates with a few people. Unf... 6kg Mycnbox chill haul (Stone Island, LV, YSL, Gallery Dept, Broken Planet, Saint Laurent, Ralph Lauren)3h agoHey y'all! Although this isn't one of my recent shopping hauls, I really liked it, so I decided to share it. Package Weight: 6.3kg Arrival Time: Approx. 13 days Price: Approx. €60 (excluding insurance) Burberry Zip-up Sweater: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7699733724 This is one of the best quality items I've ever bought. The seller is Rui. The quality is excellent, made of pure cotton. The logo looks great, and the textured hood is also very nice. I'm very satisfied. The sizing is accurate (I recommend buying your usual size). Saint Laurent Sweater: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7696674757 Very good value for money. However, my problem is that it... 37/M - Will send emotional support and cookie3h agoHi everyone, I’m looking for an email penpal. A little about me. I’m in my 30s, married, and a dad. I work in public service, and caring about people has always been a big part of who I am. I’m the type of person who carries things with me. The conversations, the moments, the stories. I care deeply and try to leave things better than I found them. Outside of work, I’m a cottage baker. I spend a lot of time making cookies and brownies, testing recipes, and trying to create things people enjoy. I sell baked goods at farmers markets. I also love cooking and smoking foods. I love reading, especially fantasy. The kind of stories you can disappear into for a while. I’m also writing o... Pool Recommendations3h agoI’ve been looking to replace my bestway 16’ round agp. It’s been few years and last summer I did a bunch of patching. The pool liner itself i found cheap and thin. I had a Coleman before that was a lot better. The liner was thicker and the parts just seemed a little better. The other thing that really annoys me about this Bestway, was the steal cross top crossbars. They insert into the liner at the top but the insertion sleeve is very narrow or tight and is pain in the *** to insert and remove. Just bad design. I’m considering the Intex however a lot the pools have steal sides. Not sure if these are designed to be stored and reassembled each year? One of the nicest things ab... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
