Hey guys! I'm a high school junior, and I'm going to go into aerospace engineering. Right now, I'm the captain of an aerospace design competition called StellarXplorers, and we have to use STK. I have a good understanding of the Keplerian elements, and I even teach my peers to use STK and to understand the elements. Is it worthwhile to get the certification now? I have a State Drill Competition coming up in early April, and we’ll be going up against a lot of schools from across the state including 5 military schools. Here in California, mainly in the California Cadet Corps (since that’s what I’m in), military schools are usually the big heavy hitters. Not always, and it definitely varies by school because some aren’t really that good, but they’re often pretty competent. I’m curious, what’s it like in other places? Do military schools also tend to dominate competitions there too, or is it different? I’d would like to hear about your experiences with them if any.

Hello! Our main task this week has been tracking down a new problem with the shovel and roller. After implementing the fix for the digging consistency issue a couple of weeks ago, we discovered that anything meant to smooth terrain is now leaving behind unwanted artifacts.
