I'm a foreigner, half-Japanese from the diaspora. I plan on visiting the country on occasion, but not necessarily moving there. My Japanese isn't that great and it's clear that I'm a foreigner. I've been wanting to get tattoos for a long time, especially now that I hear that Japanese people in big cities don't frown upon tattooed foreigners.
