Im 14, but the thing is i have had a problem since i was 9. I could never do a pushup even when i wasnt as big. I try a lot but whenever i want to go down in my pushup i always plop and i feel awful and cant believe that its been years and i cant do a pushup its almost 1 o clock now i got some motivation from a tiktok but that just didnt work. TL;DR My boyfriend of three years is in big law and has a lot of responsibility with his day job but also family business. He is always busy whereas I’m more flexible. At times when he is stressed about the work he has on his plate (sometimes even the lack of work) can send him into a spiral when he is tunnel visioned just thinking about that particular issue/piece of work. One of my managers has been giving me a hard time with the LIFT app. I was kindly offered a QR code by another manager to use to register for the app and I had only used it for about a couple weeks until I honestly forgot about it.
