Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Big Lots Latest Community Discussions About Big LotsDid kosers ever try to gaslight you into giving them a revive token?2h agoSo I was chilling in oasis. It wasn't very populated, only a handful of baby creatures. I see a big bird flying around and they kill one of the Oasis residents (not a baby). I don't really care, maybe they had beef. I walk over to the carcass to eat and then I see the same bird chasing a baby hygos. Since I was playing a tier 5 I couldn't catch up, so I don't know the fate of that hygos. The bird aggroed for a bit and left. A few minutes after they returned and grabbed one of the baby creatures under my protection. They let them go but I did NOT like it. They aggroed a lot every time they returned and acted suspicious so I killed them. I started to explain to one of the... Anyone in marketing/film industry?2h agoMy planning for now is to finish my Game and Media Technology MSc and proceed with a PhD, where I find research more rewarding than industry (at least within computer science). My ultimate long-term plan is to become an elite football coach, but I need a career until I might reach that point. I found some PhDs in marketing that look interesting, but I am also considering doing something within the film industry. Marketing is interesting because it is pretty much big-picture thinking from day one and potential for a lot of executive decision-making, while the film industry in my case would probably come through the angle of visual effects and then make my way upwards. It seems pretty straigh... What does it take to win a proxy war?2h agoVery interesting but broad question, so I will ask about Ukraine/Russia in particular. What do you guys think it will take to end this war? It seems like modern wars are increasingly complex and have so many factors and parties involved that make them last so long. My opinions on this are (before anyone comes for me I am not crazy knowledgeable about war/military I just find it interesting and know lots of Ukrainians) that Putin has no interest in negotiations, he just agrees to these meetings for purely diplomatic purposes. It seems like Russia is trying to convince the world they aren’t some horrible villain. Despite the international outrage, a lot of countries obviously still do lots... 38 [M4F] #Georgia #Online #Anywhere - Why did The Earth bully all the other planets?2h agoBecause they have no life. Thanks, I'll be here all week. Greetings, fellow Terrans. I hope if you're here reading my r4r post now, something will catch your interest, and maybe we can talk about it and get to know one another better. To begin, I'm 38 years old, currently living in Augusta, GA (but originally from southwest Louisiana, down in the bayou). I work at a VA hospital here in town as a kinesiotherapist, which is like physical therapy, but focused more on chronic condition management and improvement like those found in stroke patients, amputees, and even just general debility related issues from old injuries. I love my job! I worked in the IT field for many years, b... 1976 Germany More Than You Think Sauerbraten Lederhosen Oktoberfest Print Ad2h ago[Q] Where do you guys get bulk shirts, affordable? (under/around $5 a shirt)2h agoOn a tight budget but want to expand my wardrobe with some shirts i designed for myself. Is there a place online that actually sells cotton tees affordably in bulk? like maybe 20+ shirts at a time for $5 or less per shirt? Or is this too big of an ask? I'd go to thrift stores but they don't often have blank tees in my experience & I'd rather buy new shirts so I can have consistency with the sizing and lifespan of them. thanks 💖 Additionally, i find Comfort Colors to be rather comfortable and fit me well. but I'm not certain if there are similar out there Do I try getting more details even if R has been going well?2h agoThrowaway account. Wanted to share my story and get your thoughts and opinion. Might be long, apologies for that! Been with my(37m) girlfriend(37f) for 9 years. Our Dday was 2 months ago (EA/online stuff) I noticed she was doing something unusual that night and didn't say anything. When she went to bed I went through her phone and found out that she was engaging in online sexual activities. Ie, letting multiple guys control her vibrator over the course of 2 nights. I confronted her about it and she broke down and was very remorseful about the whole thing. She regretted what she did. I asked her a bunch of questions about when this started and the whys. She said this was the first wee... I was asked to share some photos for my doods in progress for what Ive learned about Slapchop, Drybrushing, Z-priming an...2h agoI was asked [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/sylvaneth/comments/1ow41py/comment/noncxv0/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) by a lovely user to explain a bit about what i did with priming and Dry-brushing.. These are my first minis, and first time painting anything other than massive set pieces for theater, so i promise you when i say im a total beginner. I set out to do a custom paint scheme based on "Golden Cherry Blossom Trees", how original i know :) , and disregarded everyone's advice to follow a guide and just did a ****-load (but still not enough unsurprisingly) of research into met... Opinion: A genre no longer being in the top 40 does not mean it is dead.2h agoI have seen quite a few posts in the past few months claiming that "Rock is Dead" or "Rap is Dead" and these posts tend to be broad proclamations that an entire area of music is dead because there's no representative hits in the Billboard Top 40 or whatever charts the music industry claims are reliable today. My take on this is that mass consumer popularity of a genre should not be the only criteria for this and if people say that your favorite genre is dead, cool. Be glad. In fact, when the spotlight fades, that is often the best time for a genre to expand into new territory. Perhaps the best example is that punk was declared "Dead" shortly after it got... Why does the sense of unity from big sports moments disappear so fast?2h agoI’ve been thinking a lot about what happens after big professional sports moments. Take Game 7 of the World Series as a recent example. I’m in Toronto, and for a minute it felt like the whole city honestly, the whole country was breathing in sync. For some people, it was their first time really watching baseball for others, it was just another game. But for everyone, it felt like a shared national moment. I saw people crammed into bars, and public squares just to watch history. I made eye contact with someone in the same jersey i'd never met and instantly feel like we understood each other. It wasn’t just about “watching a game,” it felt like participating in something bigger... Manjula growth2h agoI saw in a thread recently that Manjula grow very slowly. This was a 3 leaf cutting 2 years ago with just one growth point. It took a lot of patience, but I grew, propped, let it grow more, propped, etc. it’s filled out now, and I’m going to let it grow big, without any more propagating. I can’t say I agree with this being a slow grower. It never stops growing, honestly. 🥳🪴 They’re back2h agoAnyone rocking 500 EXC-F for their main bike?2h agoI currently have an 890 ADV R and I love it, but am getting really tempted to sell it and get a 500. I mostly ride off road, exploring areas and trying out trails, don't excel at much single track with the 890 and I recently moved to northern colorado and its a lot more serious terrain out here lol . I do 1-2 night camp trips and usually do one BDR a summer. 890 is a blast but she's still a big girl and a lightweight bike just sounds liberating. I don't commute on the bike, most pavement rides are about 1 hour or less to get to somewhere off-road/fun. I know the 500 isn't really built for carrying gear/bdr trips, and Ive read it's rough to ride on pav... Spent 6 months building an app to solve my biggest customer communication headache. Would love honest feedback.2h agoHey everyone, I run a small event coordination business and was constantly drowning in manual text messages - sending the same updates to 50-100 people individually, trying to personalize each one, spending hours on my phone. I couldn't find an affordable solution that worked with regular iPhone Messages (didn't want to force clients to download another app), so I built something myself. It's basically a way to send personalized bulk SMS through your regular iPhone Messages app - you can use templates with {{firstName}} variables, organize contacts into groups, and actually track who received/responded. The big difference from other tools is it integrates with i... IKEA Customer Service2h agoIKEA’s customer service is beyond frustrating. They don’t read your messages, don’t understand what you’re actually asking, and just copy-paste generic answers. I live too far from a store to sort things out in person, and calling the customer service line gets you nowhere — just scripted responses and zero real help. For a company this big, it’s ridiculous how hard it is to get anyone to actually listen. 20 [M4F] #Online - Looking For a Similar Soul2h agohello hi, my name is Joshua. i'm a Videogaming Writer, Airsofter, and Catdad looking for someone to share my life with, and vice versa. i'm roughly 5'9" at 200 lbs, with dyed blonde-silver hair and black painted nails. i'm a pretty open guy, who will talk about anything i atleast have a little bit of knowledge on. i'm emotionally intelligent, though a little depressed. i have a very logical brain, however i leave plenty of room for more free-flowing thoughts to roam. due to my digitally-social nature and very compatible personality, i have lots of friends, so i don't often reach out to people and instead allow people to come to me. i've been playing g... Recently, big companies in The Netherlands are using ads on Reddit!2h agoHi everyone! So I was scrolling through Reddit last night and what suprised me was that a lot more big companies and known brands in The Netherlands started using adds on reddit. Here is a small list of what I found last night during 15 minutes op scrolling. * Cars: BMW, Mitshubishi, Seat, Zeekr, Skoda: Known car brands that are sold a lot here. * Online shopping, [Bol.com](http://Bol.com) and Coolblue: These companies are the Amazon of The Netherlands * E-commerce, Marktplaats: The Ebay of The Netherlands * Banks, ING and ABN, Two of the three biggest banks in the country * Telecommunication: Odido, KPN, Vodafone: The three biggest telecommunication companies. * Government: Defense (arm... how to convince parents to let me retake As2h agobasically i think i did super badly for As. i genuinely think i failed at least 1 subject so im absolutely devastated. i have been thinking of retaking for the longest time because i couldnt ever adapt well to my school schedule and environment (especially since i live almost 2h away from school) and i also suffered from lots of mental obstacles esp during j2. BUT I KNOW i have the potential to do well for As and i really believe that i can do way better if i retake it. (i work very well during sch hols/breaks and i often experience drastic improvements in knowledge and results when i dont have to go to sch and this is one of the reasons why i believe that i can do well as a priv candidate, ... A fantastic story but an ok game2h agoJust finished chapters 7 and 8, read through this week's comic, and looked at all of the art. It is such a tragic thing to say goodbye to Dispatch and our beloved Z-Team after such a short journey, but I have my doubts that this is the end of the road. The ending of season 1 really feels like a set up for future seasons now that the status quo has been changed. I'm eagerly awaiting what AdHoc will share with us. Dispatch is such an obvious idea that no one has ever undertook. As a fan of the This is the Police series and 911 Operator, the idea of making a game in this genre with superheroes is so brilliantly simple. I'm glad that the excitement over this game caught on with ... David Icke is a bad guest2h agoDavid Icke was requested and we got Icke. But he is a bad guest. He rambles (he says with one eye on the length of his post) and doesn't seem to care at all about substantiating what he says. If you were stuck with him at dinner he would be a bore. You would fake a seizure to get away from the table. He doesn't pause to see where you would like him to go next. He is on autopilot. Pretty sure he was repeating things he has already said on THS. In the interview he dismisses the idea that consolidation of power could be a result of mutual interest. He says something like "that is rubbish!" and proceeds to spin a yarn about why generations of power consolidation must be an o... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
