For context I recently adopted a cockatiel and the pet store I visited said this was good for them. But when I brought him home it’s hard to tell if he’s eating it. He seems to be mainly throwing it around the room. I’ve seen him eat the red and green pieces so I know he is in fact eating, so I don’t think he’s sick. He just seems to break the other pieces, let them fall to the ground or throw them out of the cage, then grab another piece. I recently bought a wok at the wokshop at San Francisco Chinatown (wokshop.com) and some flax seed oil. I was told to follow the pamphlet for help which I did and not sure if I did everything properly. The steps I followed there the ones that have check marks on the green pamphlet. I think I might’ve stir fried the onions on too high of a heat and not stir fried them enough like I wasn’t stirring the whole time cooking the onions.

I donated blood for the second time today and I felt fine after I left, was a little lightheaded when I got home but that went away after some food and water. It’s been around 10 hours and for some reason I’m having a lottt of body pain. My core aches when I stand and my shoulders and neck also hurt.
