Hello! First time growing raspberries, and decided to get one of these container varieties that already had a pretty good head start! I tried a cane last year and it didn’t work out. I planted it in a large \~ 2’x2’ container with potting mix, compost, and berry fertilizer. Alongside I inserted on of those 8” deep drip stakes and a terracotta stake with a bottle full of water and about 2 inches of straw for mulch. It’s in a fairly sunny/hot spot but gets shaded around 4pm for some reprieve. I came out today and she was looking a little sad and had some crispy leaves. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated to keep this little raspberry bush alive in Denver!🪴❤️
