Hi, just looking for a bit of clarity on the benefits of apple pectin powder in NOW psyllium capsules. Choosing between these two products, the 700mg psyllium has 100mg of apple pectin powder per serving, while the 500g psyllium does not. Hello, so I have an Ethiopian passport. My current passport (which by chance i just got today) is obviously empty. My previous passport from was issued in may 2021 and is still valid for a couple more months and that's also empty.
