So as the title says, I (F27) think I may have a mild food allergy and I’m not really sure what to do. For context, I live in the USA and anyone who lives here knows our healthcare system is trash. While I do have health insurance, most companies won’t cover an allergy screening and I can’t afford to pay out of pocket.
