I had been doing months of research and Facebook marketplace looking for a new set of pans to replace my cheap TJ Maxx ceramics and thought I found the one when I came across strata. My only high-quality pan is an antique Wagner cast-iron and I loved the process of seasoning and how rough I could be with it.
