Hi, for starters im not in the USA. I am 31 and about 5'10 90kg. The only options for Basal I have are Lantus or Ryzodeg. Lantus does not work for me requiring 85 units to do anything so im stuck using Ryzodeg. I just looked at these guacamole cups in my fridge and noticed they have a use by date from about 3 weeks ago. They look fine an have been fully sealed and refrigerated. I’m thinking they are probably fine to use. Would anyone think otherwise?
