I’m currently doing an exchange year in the US and I’m struggling a bit with nutrition and muscle gain, so I’m looking for some advice. I just turned 17, I’m 184 cm (6’0”), weigh around 67 kg (147 lbs) and I’m pretty skinny. My training volume is quite high: Swimming 5x per week (club training) Gym/strength training 2x per week Swim meets almost every Saturday The problem is food. 26F in USA. Has seen Vet a couple times already. Cat is 3~yrs old, neutered. Activity great, appetite great. Other conditions include Grade 3 heart murmur, Mild Heart Disease. My (adult, USA) 13 year old cat went in for a dental cleaning a week ago which involves going under anesthesia. My cat has had teeth extracted in the past, so a thorough dental examination and cleaning is recommended every few years. My cat's bloodwork came back healthy. Every day since returning from the vet, my cat is deteriorating. The first day back, she was loopy but ravenously hungry and acting normal. The second day back, pretty normal. Third day after cleaning, she was not finishing her food and acting lethargic. Now she has barely eaten the past 3 days and has not had water at all. We went to an emergency vet who gave her subcutaneous water and an appetite stimulant yesterday....

I own budgies currently(they are older). And I'm thinking of getting a pigeon when I move in February. My room will be big enough to add a curtain to section them away from eachother. So I know about perches, toys and I'd get the pigeon a pen they can be free in and a dog bed and nesting area. But what is a good brand of food in the USA?

After not sailing NCL in maybe 20 years and sailing exclusively Princess since COVID we decided to branch out and try NCL's unique Hawaii itinerary. Here's my review: First the good - the staff were great. The public spaces were clean and well maintained. The room was clean and main bed was comfortable. Our 7yo daughter loved the kids program, and the staff there were very good. The rest was, well; enough that I would be hard pressed to try any other NCL offerings.
