I've done a bunch of weekly 3 day fasts (really 3.5 days because of eating the following morning). However I quit these during the holidays and recently re-started. For some reason, I'm having more difficulty and being groggy about them. I think because I am eating sugars and carbs now. I got with my partner just under 2 years ago and started to feel more safe eating again. I gained a bit of weight but didnt quite like how it sat on my body and felt a bit insecure about myself. My partner comforted me at the time but about 6 months ago told me i was no longer attractive because i wasnt as confident.
