We finally did the bhandara. What began as a small idea quickly turned into something far bigger. People from Reddit and Azad Reads came together as a community and we ended up feeding more than 1,000 people. A simple conversation turned into a plan to feed 500, and somehow we crossed 1,000, purely because people showed up for each other. This was never about a few organisers. No vitamin C, low sodium, and concentration allows for slow dosing throughout the day or tailoring your dosages. I’ve been putting 1tsp in my 40ml bottle that I drink about 1.5 of daily, plus taking a magnesium supplement at night and haven’t noticed any severe laxative effect, but it actually has helped in that realm because my medication regimen has been clogging things up. I have two ferrets a boy and a girl (Fousey and Loui). I’ve been wanting to potty train them in my room and reward them with treats, but Fousey doesn’t like anything I’ve gotten him😭.
