AIO? I’m (32M) just at a loss. Before I continue, let me give you a little background. Ever since high school I never liked my hometown. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not some small-town-middle-of-nowhere USA. It’s the Silicon Valley. There’s almost 2 million people in the county I live in. 2 million. My cat had a minor eye infection last week, I took her to the vet on Friday and got a ointment for her eye, her eye is doing a lot better but shes been off since the vet trip. The car and the vet are very stressful for her but when shes been in the past (I've taken her twice before) she was back to her normal self the next day. hello, our cat has seizures and did not take well to phenobarbital so we now are trying liquid zonisamide. the side effects are way better than the pheno but she really hates the taste. her mouth was foaming the first time we gave it to her, now we mix in some liquid from wet food which helps, but she still hates it and drools sometimes and always runs around wiping her face on stuff for a while. apparently it’s more bitter than pheno and we are trying a new flavor because we heard marshmallow can mask the bitterness better. is there anything else we could try that any anyone had has success with?
