I’m 5 foot 2, 130 pounds, and my body fat percent is 28. For years now, I’ve been trying to lose weight. I’m taking all the right steps like I exercise frequently because I’m an athlete, I eat rounded meals. I hit my macros and my fiber goals. I see a therapist, I get plenty of sleep, I drink my water. The problem I keep running into time and time again is being able to cope with hunger. Even when I hit all my goals, eventually, I hit a point where I feel hungry. USA: On Sunday when we got back from Easter (married couple late 30's) we noticed our spayed 14 year old female calico was fairly lathargic, had skipped dinner and threw up a couple times over the course of the night.
