I'm from the greater NYC area, I've been living in Chattanooga for more than a few years. Love the area but not enough to do and not many jobs in cybersecurity, also hard to make friends my age that don't have kids or women who want a more egalitarian relationship. Obviously there is a big cold front coming to most of the eastern USA this weekend. I’ve seen a plethora of posts on social media from trainers saying “they don’t charge enough board” or “make sure to bring your trainer coffee this weekend because they’re outside and you’re not” and more passive aggressive comments. I am really disappointed by how few food bloggers / influencers are addressing the violence towards immigrants right now in the USA. I see food as being so intertwined with ethnicity and basically all recipe developers have immigrants to thank for introducing them to ingredients and dishes that they likely profited off of by recreating on their own platforms. When Kroger was running rib roasts at 4.99# first week of December I bought a few and still have this one left. Should I smoke it today or give it 3 more weeks to hit 90 days? Should I remove from cryovac and place in dry age bag and give it more time? Any suggestions? It shows no signs of spoilage at this point.
