Hi all, Last year I tried 16:8 and 18:6, but they didn’t work for me. I ended up stretching the eating window and during the window eating all time, which made it ineffective. A couple of weeks ago I switched to what I’d call imperfect OMAD. I eat one main meal a day, but I’m not rigid about that being the only calories I have. I’ll still have milk in my tea, a bit of sugar if I’m low in the afternoon, or something small like a couple of boiled eggs before my omad, if I feel weak. I just found out the average amount spent on a wedding in the USA is $35K-$36K but varies widely based on region. Areas like New Jersey report costs of $50K! My son is a 10 year old male, presenting with a red itchy, raised, bumpy rash that began in small spots behind the knees, spread across his legs down to his ankles, up his back, around his chest, and now down his arms. They are not present on his neck or face.
