My 28 year old sister moved back in with my mom and me around late January with her cat named Silas (British Shorthair, Male, Less Than 1 Year, Neutered). Since moving in she has rarely bought food, cat litter, cleaned up after the cat at all. I already have 2 cats of my own that have been living with eachother for over 2 years Zeus (Tabby, Male, 6yo, Neutered) and Cap (Tabby, Female, 2yo, Spayed). since Silas has moved in he has frequently been peeing on the floor even though I clean the litter every other day. I did strict carnivore for 6 months and yes imperfect carnivore for the last 30-45 days. I started at 255 pounds (about 115kg). Waist was 53 inches. Today I hover around 97.5kg or 214-215 pounds and my waist is 42-43 inches. I lift weights weekly but this last month my motivation is down. I took 30 days off from the gym in which 2 weeks was my intention. I am eating carnivore but I use milk in my coffee in the morning. It’s my daily comfort food I guess. It does make me feel cozy.
