Location: Missouri, USA My 80 year old mother has gotten herself into credit card and payday loan debt and can't pay her bills. I've suggested filling bankruptcy, but she can't afford the legal fees and I'm not giving her anymore money. For now, she has stopped paying all credit cards and payday loans to focus on rent, utilities, and food. My question is, what collections can do to her? He's been toilet trained his whole life, but now when he pees it shoots straight backwards (horizontally) instead of into the toilet.
