Hello , I live with my family and there’s a pack of stray cats around my home. It started with a pregnant, female black cat who gave birth to a pack of cats. Her children grew up and one of them gave birth to another set of kittens. that first cat actually gave birth along with her daughter (total of 7 kittens). I was diagnosed with ferritin 1.9 last year which went back to 11 in 3 months. However I got super heavy period lasting a month (thank you PCOS) and my ferritin is now at 3. I am taking prescribed ferrous sulphate but unless I take it with my stomach full. Of food brimming to my neck, it makes me extremely nauseous. I am looking into liposomal iron but the dosage is low (18mg) of the one I saw. I am also not sure if they are legit or just labeled liposomal.
