All, My wife and I travelled to Italy in September via SAS from the USA. Our bags were delayed 2.5 days on the Outbound trip to Italy, and we missed our connection at JFK on the Inbound portion and had to spend the night in Jamaica NY. I successfully submitted receipts for Clothes/Toiletries/etc for the delayed bags and Hotel/Food and EU 261 for the Inbound portion.
