02Summary

Store Locator Tool helps you find stores, branches and opening hours near you. There are no user accounts and we do not ask for your name, address or payment data. Personal data is processed mainly for technical reasons (for example your IP address when a page is loaded), for usage statistics and, if you consent, for advertising.

03Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Cloud Flare INC (DE) and delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit a page, access data is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser and operating system. This is necessary for secure and stable operation and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after at most 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

05Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site is financed by advertising from Google AdSense, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, to limit how often an ad is shown, to prevent fraud and to measure ad performance.

  • Personalised ads are only shown if you have consented. Without consent, Google may show non-personalised or limited ads that use only contextual information, such as the page content and your approximate location.
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • The list of advertising partners (vendors) and their purposes is shown in the consent message, where you can accept or reject them individually.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center and, for other vendors, at youronlinechoices.eu or aboutads.info.

Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: How Google uses information from sites that use its services and How Google uses cookies in advertising.

06Statistics (Google Analytics)

To understand how the pages are used (for example which searches are most frequent) we use Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics respects the choice made in the consent message (Google Consent Mode): analytics cookies are only set if you consent; without consent only cookieless technical signals may be sent. IP addresses are not stored in Google Analytics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can also block Google Analytics with the browser add-on.

07Maps and address search

Maps are loaded from the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) and the Leaflet library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). When there are no stored results yet, your browser queries the Nominatim search service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation and, as a fallback, a public Overpass server (FOSSGIS e.V., Germany). Your IP address and the search (term and area) are transmitted; your own location is not.

Results (public data about stores) are stored on our server for up to six months. To prevent abuse, saves are counted per IP address, which is kept only as a hash and deleted after one hour. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

08“My location”

If you use the “my location” button, your browser asks for permission. Your location is processed only in your browser, to find the nearest city or sort results by distance. It is not sent to us and not stored.

10Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). Contact: chedhoung@yandex.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the country where you live.

Visitors from the United Kingdom have the corresponding rights under the UK GDPR, visitors from Switzerland under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). California residents may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for advertising through the Google consent message or the opt-out links in the advertising section.

11Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly process their personal data.
