I have been diagnosed with CKD for i guess about 10 years. Still in stage 1. Not from USA, so medical recommendations may vary. So all this time my doctors recommended low sodium diet, low protein and the kicker no spice diet. Now i look at national kidney foundation web-site and the say spice's are good, had a bit of a chat with ChatGPT, gave me a few sources on medical studies which basically said no problems with the normal use of spices <5g per day. So i ask all of you if your doctors permit spice usage, or your story with their safe-unsafe usage. As i'm quite troubled right now.
