The Smart Vision beta has been working great for me. I’ve used it dozens of times this season, and the only issue I’ve experienced was a single instance where the four camera feeds fell out of sync. Exiting and re-entering Smart Vision resolved the issue immediately. Overall, it’s impressive how well the feeds stay synchronized. I tried shipping a CPAP machine (for sleep apnea) through them and they firstly asked for 5 documents. I was surprised at some which were completely irrelevant. I submitted them and they decided to not pickup my parcel on time. Then I called them, picked up and didnt say a word. I live on a rural road with a gated driveway. FedEx only allows 36 characters in their delivery instructions, just long enough for this: “Place packages in black parcel box”. I don’t have room to add “if too large, deliver to house”. We opened our gate the day of the delivery because I figured it was too large for our box. This is where FedEx left our package. On top of our trash can, right by the road. Even if they’d placed the box a few feet inside the driveway on the ground, it would’ve been better than this.

There are some manga and figures that I have in storage in their warehouse. This has me wondering: if I have Zenmarket ship my goods out right now through FedEx in light of the current situation (i.e. me not having paid the bill for the other delivered parcel), will FedEx refuse to deliver this new shipment until I pay the duties for the other package?

There are some video games that I have in storage in buyee's warehouse. I am expecting to receive a high value item that has transited through the FedEx Feltham hub but got stuck at FedEx Feltham Facility in the UK. FedEx told me somehow the country code inserted was wrong when transiting through this hub. I finally found out when I got someone over the phone and also emailing through customer service with FedEx - they have managed to correct the country on delivery address, but are still trying to locate the actual parcel in their Feltham facility. They are also now asking for a photo of the outside of box parcel to try and locate the item at their own facility. This is ridiculous in this day and age? How do you just lose a package in your own facility? ...

Parcel was sent via FedEx… QC and Payment went smoothly. Received tracking 4 days after payment… tracked delivery and noticed it was loaded on truck today. Around noon, got a message saying the package was delivered(clearly not the case as I did not receive anything from FedEX)… Anyone else experience this situation, what happened?
