I had an extremely frustrating experience with Parcel Monkey and would not recommend them. I shipped a package from Texas to the Philippines on **December 17** using Parcel Monkey, who in turn used **FedEx** as the carrier. It is now **January 23,** and the package has still not been delivered. It has been sitting in a FedEx storage facility in the Philippines for weeks. I will be upfront: I initially used an incorrect recipient name and address. That part was my mistake. However, what followed is what makes this experience unacceptable. The parcel box says, “everyday pickup”, which is false because it’s been going on 4 days in which it’s been sitting in the box. — Tomorrow is Friday and the last day I have to ship my items of my eBay will get a defect for shipping (which I don’t want). I have already made a case and talked with support (which in itself was a miracle, I had to lie to get a human on the phone). Are there any chances that with bad weather in Michigan it will get picked up! And is it illegal for me to retrieve my own package, and bring it to the facility myself?

I need to return an item and vendor gave option of FedEx dropoff. But the label printed shows NDC - USPS PARCEL RETURN SERVICE / SmartPost. Since UPS accepts USPS, can this be dropped there instead of an actual USPS office ? I've read that it should not go to an actual FedEx dropoff. Thank you

I was at a Postnet now looking at options, Aramex won’t ship food and DHL will only ship commercially packaged food. The standard boxes are provided by them and packed at the counter so they will see what is in the parcel. I’ve checked that the ingredients should be ok with US customs and I’ll also include an ingredients list in the parcel, this still won’t do for DHL. A lot of our products are fairly low-cost, so we try hard not to charge eye-watering international shipping. At the moment, we mainly use Royal Mail International Tracked, with FedEx usually being the default for the US. Royal Mail has been a bit hit-and-miss: customers often don’t receive tracking notifications, and we’re seeing a noticeable number of parcels returned as “unclaimed”.
