For years I was happily using the Parcel app on my phone, which is very lightweight and convenient and can track virtually any courier in the world. I could see all my parcels coming from RM, Evri, Yodel etc in one place. For a few months now Parcel have informed us that RM have shut down their and other 3rd party apps access to RM tracking. It’s the only courier in the world I know of to do so, and it’s either to extort money from small app developers like Parcel’s or to force us customers to use their own ****** app, which is broken beyond belief as you can see in the screenshot. Hi everyone! I started selling on Vinted about 3 weeks ago and have sold quite a lot. I’m selling baby clothes and baby items. A few of these have been bigger items that required door to door delivery from yodel and I don’t have a printer so I’ve had to sign up to the library and trail my two babies around to get the delivery address posted. Full time job in itself 😝 I had no issues at all with the door to door yodel pick up (3 things sent) until Thursday. I only have InPost and Royal Mail on for many reasons. The main reason I’ve shut off yodel is because they always mess up the parcel and I end up losing money, I’ve shut off Evri because it is incredibly inconvenient for me now that Tesco has ended their partnership. I absolutely refuse to do yodel, and have told people if they want Evri then they have to offer me £5 more than asking price because it is so inconvenient, out of the way, and always has the hugest queues. I'm trying to buy something, and it's only giving me the 2 options for shipping that the seller DOESN'T have selected??!!! So weird. Plus it's more expensive than I've ever had (for 2 small items on a combined shipping purchase). So it's as if it's not done the combined shipping or something. What is going on??! Anyone any ideas what's going on?

as much as everyone complains on Evri about here, I live in a safe flat with nice people so the fact that all our parcels get left out on the ground floor is fine. yodel however had a new idea, bins! bins are a safe place guys, especially a random one on the street that isnt even yours. the delivery photo speaks for itself, right next to the empty sweet packet. i dont know where else to put this but please tell me this is absolutely unacceptable and im not overreacting. contacted support and they basically told me to F off and that bins are safe (the bins got emptied the next morning and the parcel, well you know where it ended up).

I see so many people dread Evri, but in my area they're really good, and i feel so fortunate for that! Like they almost always deliver on time, always to my door, and my parcels are always in great condition Just a few days ago I was meant to get a parcel between 1:30 and 3:30, but it reached 9 pm and nothing! Please help. What is the contact number to talk to a real person from inpost locker and yodel. Yodel never picked my parcel. I kept tracking the delivery guy on picking up date and he skipped my house. He was also 4 hours late from the given time of 7-9 in the night. That parcel has been cancelled and i have gotten a negative feedback from vinted. The other parcel is stuck in the inpost locker. I delivered it the next day to a different locker than i use usually. It showed me the receipt of delivery but nobody came to pick it up. I cant get through to inpost customer care as well. The AI agent isnt useful. The locker door doesnt open. And its a valuable item. Has anyone else noticed an increase of InPost issues since their merger with Yodel? I've had a lot of parcels take strange routes, Portsmouth is the complete opposite to me!

I’m quite new to Vinted… is it normal for parcels to just sit in ‘shipping from original place’ or sat a depot and not moving? Now have 3 parcels via different methods, lockers, Royal Mail and yodel that I now have to wait till 6th Jan to say it still hasn’t arrived. So frustrating.

Is there a way for me to get Royal Mail and parcel force to hold any letters/parcels while I’m on holiday? Likewise anyone know if similar is possible for evri, yodel etc (appreciate this is not regarding Royal Mail, but looking for help). Thanks.

On vinted it says the parcel has arrived at the post office. The buyer is claiming they’ve gone twice and the people have said it’s not there. Parcels need to be scanned in to be confirmed as delivered to the final address though so I’m very confused. I’m very worried that the buyer is going to raise a complaint and I’m going to be without. I wouldn’t be losing a lot of money but honestly at the moment I am entirely broke, that’s why I’m selling everything. All of the problems I’ve been having on vinted have been extremely exhausting. I have now shut off yodel as an option as that’s the only service that ever brings me trouble

I need to vent. Holy ****. Treated myself to some Vans bits on Black Friday. The order was to be dispatched in 2 parts. I received dispatch notification for the first item but nothing more than a “it’ll be here today” the day after, on a Sunday of all days. I wouldn’t be home, so I triple checked the yodel tracking page that said as per the retailers instructions, the parcel will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. me and this girl decided to trade items, and so each purchased a listing for £1 for shipping. i received mine yesterday with yodel but hers that was shipped on monday is still showing as received by the parcel shop (royal mail 48) is this parcel lost, and will she lose out on her item if so? can we get compensation based on what i paid for the item originally if it is lost?

I try to keep things smooth and stress‑free for buyers, but the last few weeks with Yodel have been an absolute nightmare. i have no idea if this is the right place for this but im so fed up i was notified yesterday that my package had reached my pickup point and i was able to pick it up. but when i went there yesterday i was told that the package had never been delivered there even after they searched through all the delivered packages. i was told to return the next day and so i did, yet again absolutely nothing after searching anywhere. yodel has removed their live chat so im unable to contact a human at the company as their phone line is useless. is there anything i can even do now? vinted keeps pestering me to pick up the parcel even though it’s definitely not at the pick up location. Has this happened to anyone else? I packaged up my parcel and went to post it but it wouldn’t scan. I’ve checked vinted and it says the item has been delivered to my buyer when I’ve clearly got it myself and can’t post it. It’s via yodel if that’s any help but is this a glitch? I can’t seem to post it but I’ll reprint the label just in case and try again. Does anyone know what I could do as Vinted customer service is awful!

Yep it’s the time of year bad deliveries take an even worse turn. No **** on the drivers directly it’s a thankless job but I do have a scale of guts drop when I see particular delivery coming by a firm. In my experience best is Royal Mail, I do have a great postie who is careful to leave items in my agreed place, close second be Evri again purely down our delivery guy he’s great. I realised only after getting back that one of my yodel parcels I dropped off wasn’t scanned. i dropped off 2 parcels but I only received one receipt and one parcel is still showing awaiting drop off. Once they are collected tomorrow and the parcel is scanned within yodels network, will the tracking be updated? I won’t be able to go back to the shop due to work before the driver likely makes the collection Thank you
