Just noted today on my account that a trade-in was processed and accepted (good). However, instead of a bill/account credit for the trade in value, the credit was applied to an older EIP on my account (oldest EIP in this case). The EIP was different than the new EIP tied to the trade in but that is immaterial. All current EIPs on my large account were started after July 2024 when T-Mobile initiated penality for paying off EIPs early wherein monthly credits can and are lost when balances are prematurely reduced by extra payments/credits. Associates at T-mobile store added a $20.00 a month protection plan to my account I didn’t ask for, after telling them I was going to get AppleCare+ on the device. T-Mobile keeps rejecting my phone payoff. They say someone will contact me, but no one has. This will be the second phone they’ve told me they’ll pay off and then refused to do so. And the T-life app is basically malware. Constant push notification ads, even after I have all of them turned off. And the text messages. Oh, Gods the text messages. Fifteen or sixteen a day until I finally found the setting to turn them all off buried in my profile. I wonder if it’s too late to turn back.

I plan to move to Utah the end of May/start of June I want in a perfect world transfer to the T-Mobile store from mine if possible though I feel as though I keep getting the “it’s too far away” time wise before I can start speech. So I recently switched from my pixel 9 to the S26 ultra, but now I can't receive any texts from people with iphones. I never had this issue before, I've always been an android user and never had a problem texting iphones. It's literally EVERY single iPhone. My partner received a promotion from T Mobile that gives him a free Pixel 10 and Free Pixel buds. This promotion included him trading in his current pixel phone. When he went to a T-Mobile store today to pick up his new phone and pixel buds, the store associate told him the promotion is not valid and he has to pay for the Pixel 10. He also will not receive the pixel buds. We have screenshots of our conversation with the online agent that helped us getting this promotion. What can we do? We talked to customer service and they refuse to do anything.

As of this morning I cannot send text messages from my galaxy s25. I can receive them just fine though. This seems to coincide with the fact I updated my apps yesterday. It’s a work phone that I have had for about 1.5 months and everything was fine before. Since it was the weekend I just did the update and ignored the phone the rest of the weekend, so I don’t know exactly when it stopped working. I just went into the T-Mobile store to register my Tri Fold for insurance. They had to call their customer care dept and they added my tri fold with an esim. I'm now paying $26 per month for full coverage. They said I have to get the top tier cuz of it being so new and all the screens. If you have a physical sim card they can add the insurance to that instead of the esim because it goes by your imei number that's on the acct. Looks like they removed 2 features from T-Mobile variant of S26 phones that Samsung advertised. How is this possible? Is this legal? UPDATE: came from T-Mobile store and none of the phones S25 or S26 have Spam block option, call screening is not accessible on demo units but since its related to Spam blocking I am 100% sure its also removed.

So basically I got a text message saying my bill wasn't paid for this month and I had never received any email about it, I checked in the app and changed to Paper Billling which is was always in the past and discovered some random email was listed in the Paperless Billing section, not mine. I changed the password to my account asap and made sure to select Paper Billing again. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I went to the T-Mobile store and they were surprised and confused by this too, they checked on their end and no one had accessed anything or changed anything. The strange thing is that I did get a paper bill last month, it was just this month that I never received one.

I just completed my trade-in at a T-Mobile Experience store. (I received my S26 Ultra on Tuesday.) The salesman initially took my phone and showed me a UPS label and offered to let me photograph it. I soon realized that he had sought to transfer the risk of the phone getting stolen in UPS transit from T-Mobile back to me. The reason I went to the store to trade it in was to avoid that risk of theft. I returned to the store and diplomatically asked him to process the trade-in and give me a receipt. He reluctantly agreed. When he brought me the receipt, I thanked him. His reply: "Yep." In my opinion, T-Mobile is its own worst enemy.

I work in ATL I have a former coworker from the store who got transferred from a T-Mobile store to a Sam’s Club T-Mobile kiosk. I know they were different roles, different pay, and different job titles. Is that even possible?
