Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Tmobile Latest Community Discussions About TmobileThe T-Mobile Store Literally Could Not Sell Me a Phone22h agoMy iPhone 13 died the other day (as in died died, black screen of death, no boot, no hope) but luckily I had an older 7 that I kept as a backup. So I swapped out my sim and used that until I could swing by the tmobile store to buy a new one. I went in yesterday only to discover that the store could not sell me a phone without the T-Life app installed. And I couldn't install the app because the iPhone 7 cannot install the latest OS. The web browser also doesn't work with older phones for some reason and so the only solution that anyone at the T-Mobile store could come up with was sending me to the Apple Store instead. Can you imagine a business being successful by sending custome... T-Mobile refusing to honor discounts applied to online purchase/sign-up1d agoBack in March, I signed up on the T-Mobile website for 5g home internet and bought 2 new iPhones and service. The website was offering a $20/month discount for new internet sign up as well as a $20/month discount for new home internet and cell service bundle. This was clearly displayed on the website with both discounts applying to the home internet price. The internet was originally $65/month minus the $40 with the 2 monthly discounts and minus another $5 for autopay discount - for a total of $20/month. First bill comes and only one discount is applied. I call and spend 15 minutes on the phone explaining the issue and the CS rep offers to apply a courtesy $20 discount for the month. She ... Has anyone ever done a cell phone shop where the employee tries to sell you a phone instead of service?1d agoI did another cell phone shop today where I had to go to a provider's store and ask about a new phone. It was at a T-Mobile store (but the shop was not for them), and I'm a current customer. The employee made no effort to sell me on the phone and I had to ask to get him to walk over and show me the phone. And I realized that I can't remember the last time a cell phone employee actually tried to show me a phone and talk about features. At Best Buy they do it a little better, but they're mostly just "try it and let me know if you have questions". At stores where I'm not a current customer, they focus on signing me up for a new plan and the phone itself is sec... Plan related question1d agoHi, I visited the local T-Mobile store in TX and the rep there helped answer some questions for me - but to be honest, he seemed a little unsure. I was hoping someone here could help confirm this for me I have 4 lines currently - 2 on my brother's family line ($20/month each because of all his discounts), 1 with Fi - $20/month and 1 with att prepaid $25/month (300/yr). We usually upgrade our phones every 2-3 years, but buy directly from Google/apple (not thru carrier), and sell old phones. Currently, I pay about $90/month and about 1k for 1 phone upgrade a year - so about $185/month if I spread the device cost out over the year. We are thinking of moving these 4 lines to T-Mobile ex... Switching from US Cellular to T-Mobile has been a nightmare1d agoI will preface by saying I was a US cellular customer for 23 years. They built a solid wireless infrastructure for our rural area, and had basically no issues that entire time. My phone is a 17 Pro max that I bought(not through t-mobile) two months ago that worked flawlessly. Anyways: Friday:I was flying home from being halfway across the country for work. While waiting for my connecting flight, my phone did the switch from USC to T-Mobile. Immediately, my phone went to SOS, and a “e-sim not compatible” fault Using my work phone, I tried to call T-Mobile support to fix the issue. They twice send me QR code, that still says “not compatible.” As I’m getting on the plane, they tel... T-Mobile store refused to process trade in phone when order online?3d agoHi everyone, I just upgrade a line from T-Life app and received the new phone from Tmobile by UPS. When I try to turn in trade-in phone today in Corporate store, the lady say because it is online order they will not process the trade in and can ship to warehouse for me. She didn’t even try to check my acct. Is this correct? I was trying to drop off trade in phone in store to avoid UPS lose the package or have it stolen . UPDATE: Today i went to another store and the agent processed the trade in in 5 mins, thanks everyone for your inputs ! T-Mobile didn't keep their promise.5d agoWith only two days left in my trial period, I visited a T-Mobile store to return the internet device due to connectivity issues. The staff diagnosed the problem and encouraged me to give the service another chance, promising that if I returned the device within a few days, I would only be charged for the days I had actually used it. However, the video streaming remained slow and kept cutting out, so I returned the device shortly after the trial expired — well within the window they had described. Despite their assurance, I was billed for the entire month. They did not honor their word . . . Always have them give any promise in writing. Store Refused to Follow Policy – Hyattsville, MD (Prince George’s Mall T‑Mobile)5d agoJust wanted to share this in case it helps anyone in the Hyattsville/PG County area. I went to the T‑Mobile store at Prince George’s Mall to exchange a scratched upgrade device. T‑Mobile phone support told me any store could handle the exchange and even added detailed notes to my account so it would be quick. The store staff didn’t read the notes, didn’t understand the process, and didn’t make any effort to help. The manager wasn’t on site, but still refused to assist when called — without even checking my account. It was obvious they either weren’t trained or just didn’t care. As soon as I left, I called T‑Mobile again. The phone rep immediately confirmed the store ... Metro to T-Mobile switch to **** and back. What would you do?5d agoThis may be long im sorry about that. I was with metro for over 12 years, I moved away from where there was a metro store and we have a T-Mobile store right down the road so I figured they were basically the same and boy was I wrong. When I first went into the store , I told them what I could afford and what I already was receiving from metro. I had 5 lines and 2 phones and 2 tablets, one line was open in case we needed it and we o ly had to pay $5.00 for the extra line so why not. We paid 89.00 every month. I told them what I could afford and that price was my biggest concern. The lady said she would be able to do 2 phones, 1 tablet and 3 lines around $125.00 monthly. I wanted a watch but... Need Help Activating My T-Mobile eSIMs6d agoGood evening everyone, I’m currently having an issue with T-Mobile and I wanted to know if anyone has experienced something similar. On April 14, I purchased 2 iPhone 17s through T-Mobile on monthly payments. The phones were delivered, but I never received the email containing the QR codes needed to set up the eSIMs and activate the lines. Whenever I contact T-Mobile support, they tell me they need to send a verification code to one of the phone numbers on the account. The problem is that I can’t access those numbers because the lines were never activated due to the missing QR codes. At the moment, I’m outside of the United States and I’ll be away for a long time, so I can’t vi... Stuck unable to verify esim so can’t call support7d agoTLDR - need to activate esims and can’t. So I can’t call support because now I have no phone number??? I wanted to port my number to Google voice and then get a new T-Mobile number. I’m the primary account holder for my magenta family plan. Contacted support and they said go ahead and port it and then ask for another number. Ported to Google voice. Then my account seems to have… done something weird. T life app just keeps saying there was an issue and refresh. I managed to “add a line” to my account, paid, etc. Got no email verification but I see the line now in my plan. But I can’t activate my eSIM on the t life app. Says it can’t be activated and call support. (And... A T-Mobile store in a former Bojangles. All these text messages are unwanted and I never request them. The only thing that is different is that the day before I went to the T mobile store and switched my physical SIM card for an electronic SIM. I don't know if this matters but this happed in May 18, 2026. Any idea why? Is this dangerous? I erased them Some are from never heard website some others are from know sites like Arby's and Sierra T-Mobile Business $15 Tablet Plan Success!9d agoPer the photos, I was able to get the $15/month plan. It’s great. 50GB priority then unlimited QCI 9 & 10GB hotspot. Here’s the strategy: 1. Make sure you have an unlocked tablet already purchased and IMEI ready. I had an iPad Air M3 that worked great. 2. Go to the nearest T-Mobile store to you with yourself (mentally. I was there 4 hrs. It was draining), the tablet, your SSN, and your drivers. If you have an EIN, bring that with some sort of business documentation. I recommend just going sole proprietor route. I tried EIN and it was a whole runaround. Do not go to a metro or an “authorized reseller.” Go to an actual store. 3. Do not mention anything about this plan t... [help] Phone stopped getting service (T-Mobile)10d agoI’m not sure what happened yesterday, but all of a sudden my phone stopped working and my SIM card became deactivated. Is this something carriers are starting to do with phones running older iOS versions? On top of that, the WiFi keeps connecting and disconnecting, so I can’t stay connected to the internet long enough to actually do anything. I’m currently at the T-Mobile store and they haven’t been able to figure it out. Their recommendation was to bring it to Apple, but we both know what’s going to happen there and I’ll end up losing my jailbreak since I’m still on iOS 15.4.1. ¡Solved! Problem was with the SIM card. I guess mine was an older version, so the rep. Had me ... Best T-mobile store in Columbus?11d agoI’m looking to switch from Verizon to T-mobile for phone and internet and I’m hoping for feedback on which stores have the best customer service. Thanks! ****** jobs with ridiculous requests12d agoSo I was going to apply for a dishwasher position with a country club. $17 an hour. Then as I’m going though the online application it asks for cover letter and 3 references and I was like **** you and rage quit. And then T-Mobile store rep I was applying online and they send me the assessment and it says they want me to record myself and do a video of me answering questions. I quit because I don’t feel comfortable doing any video of myself. Ever since I’ve been spammed with messages to complete my application. These jobs pay **** and they ball bust tf out of you. 3 Month trial - where?12d agoI saw an advert as I was passing the local T-mobile store in my town and saw it has a 3 month free trial and to go to the t life app to get it. I downloaded the app but all I see is a 30 day trial. Never used t mobile before. Does anyone know where to find this amazing deal?
