I ordered a new phone and paid the charges on April 17th, phone was scheduled to arrive on April 22nd then April 26th and 27th. phone never arrived. fed ex has no idea where it is, xfinity started a loss claim with fed ex but has offered me no resolution or timeline for refund or shipment replacement. very close to ending all my services with Xfinity, I’ve been a loyal customer over 20 yrs. i even offered to retrieve a new phone from the Xfinity store and was told id have to pay again instead of a credit to the store. how long am I expected to wait for this to be resolved.

Suggest you don't use the Trade-In process through Xfinity

My suggestion is to not trade-in a mobile phone, thru Xfinity. I suggest you sell the phone outright, instead, as phones shipped this way (with the Xfinity/Assurant return shipping label), tend to get lost for various reasons and you'll end up paying for the phone, in the end. I had some difficulty shipping a trade-in iPhone back to Xfinity and also trouble returning a defective iPhone back to Xfinity. As far as the trade-in, the label wouldn't scan correctly at USPS (United States Postal Service). It kept coming up as "INVALID" when they scanned it. About a week ago I cancelled cable and home phone but kept internet. With the credit left over from last month’s bill my current bill should have been around $15 but the new bill popped up and it’s at the old rate of around $350. Need a mod to help set this right. Edited to add info: I cancelled the two services on 4/28 and they stopped working almost immediately. All rental devices were returned to my local Xfinity store the next day. My parents have been Comcast customers since 1982, my mom passed away last year and I moved in to help my dad out since he's 78 and has COPD. I'm at my wits end with days of no internet or television. We have been to the local Xfinity store multiple times swapping out the wifi gateway, and now the X1 box for a Arris Xi6 box and still have issues. I've been an Xfinity internet and Xfinity Mobile customer since June of 2025 when I switched away from my Comcast Business account. I pay for 5 lines of unlimited plus Mobile Care for my line at the cost of $17.00/month for my Apple iPhone 16 Plus 256 GB. I dropped the phone roughly a month ago and broke the screen... Xfinity not helping resolve the issue

I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with Xfinity and no one can seem to help me. They put a restriction on my account saying I had 2 payments in a row that did not go thru when that is in fact not true. I contacted support to cancel the payments so I could pay with a different card and the associate cancelled the payments and my other payment form went thru fine. Every single person says they cannot help and that I need to go to an Xfinity store to pay from now on. This was their fault they are classifying these payments correctly. I’ve escalated to supervisors and no one can help me and at this point I would almost just rather cancel for this big hassle.

My father (with dementia) had been ordering pay-per-view, racking up $70 in charges last month alone - he has no idea what he is doing. I remembered hearing about the Stream Saver bundle with Netflix, Peacock, and Apple TV+, and we already had Netflix, so I decided to look into the bundle. Help - I tried chatting with Xfinity assistant, but ended up going in circles. I did a move online via the Xfinity app on Monday April 27th for a May 1st move (I have internet service only with Xfinity). The app told me I would need a new gateway, and that I would have to return the old gateway. The new gateway was delivered April 27th. I previously had gen 1 airpods, but they recently decided to no longer work. I had already been looking at other earbuds, but it's so hard to find anything. My ears are shaped weird, so the way that ear buds fit plays a HUGE part in deciding what to go with, but I cam't fond anywhere to try them on. I've check the xfinity store, but they don't even carry Galaxy Buds. I checked my local best buy, but all buds are kept in glass cases. I only know 2 people who use wireless ear buds, and neither are what I'm looking for. How can I buy a pair if I can't test them out? This is a big financial decision Any advice?

How do I turn off these Xfinity advertisement notifications on iOS?

I looked all around the settings and I could not find a toggle to turn these notifications off. The only toggle I can find is to turn it off for the whole app but I just want only the promotions disabled as I still want the login notifications for two factor and that's it. I know on android, there is a toggle in the setting app that should do this but I can't find it on iOS.

My recent experience with Xfinity customer service. Sounds like I'm making it up. But it's all true.

Been with Comcast/Xfinity for 10+ years. Have a cell line through them for the sole purpose of getting a better price on internet. Don’t really need the phone so I give it to my buddy who doesn’t have one. Last pricing promo expires. Prices go up. Go into the branch to see if I can lower my prices. I have NOW mobile phone in WA. My mom(95)needed home internet in OR. Went to xfinity store picked up NOW internet "home kit". Couldn't get the mac number to be accepted. After several agents "helping" found out they deleted my account with xfinity so it won't let me add a device when there is no account.
