Hey all, I tried going from iPhone to Samsung and ordered the Galaxy S25 Ultra however it is far too large for my small hands and I’m already missing my purchased content. I didn’t expect it to be as much of an issue as it is. I’ve only used it for a few hours. Hello xfinity, I am in a unique situation wherein I have a phone line as part of a family plan which belongs to my ex. I am neither the account owner or manager on that account and I need to move my phone line out and have my private plan. Hello, we are experiencing almost-daily (and sometimes multiple times a day) disconnections from the Internet. This has been ongoing for well over a month. There have been no outages in our area. This is a serious problem for us as both my roommate and I work from home and need to be online during work hours. I had an XB7 gateway that I upgraded two weeks ago to an XB8. First XB8 had issues with stability so yesterday I went to the local Xfinity store and swapped with a new XB8. I have a credit score over 800. I want to upgrade my phone from iPhone 13 to 17. I tried to do it online but got denied, after which I realized I forgot to unfreeze my credit. I’ve gone into 2 Xfinity stores now that I have unfrozen my credit but nobody knows how to help me. One guy gave me the phone number For TransUnion, which is NOT needed because I’ve already unfrozen my credit at all three credit bureaus! you’d think xfinity would be happy for me to pay them more money each money! any ideas how to get this fixed? or how long I need to wait to apply again online? thanks!

Heya, its crazy that im turning to reddit for something like this but calling comcast/xfinity and waiting on hold, fighting the automated system, and dealing with people who are all saying different things has brought me here. So I have a 2000up/2000down FIBER plan with comcast xfinity right now. The XB7 is only delivering about 600/700 (1/3rd of what I am paying for). The sales rep sold us a "care plan"; said we would have unlimited free screen replacements and that we could take it to local service repair facilities to fix same day. Flash forward to last week. I need real help, not AI or worthless call center employees. I called to cancel my Xfinity internet as it was $135 per month, plus basic tv cable that I wasn’t using. Hi. Last Oct 2025 I upgraded my old iphone 11 to a 17Pro. I did this over the phone with a Mobile agent. The agreed upon amount was $29.17 per month. When I realized that I was getting the wrong color I refused to accept the phone as I was advised to do by XMobile. I was charged $29.17 twice and then it went to $45.83. In November an XMobile agent tole me adjustments would be made in the early part of the years. After many hours one the phone with agents and two visits to the Xfinity store, my account is still not rectified. Also, I was charged $25 to activate my phone even though I have been using XMobile for over 10 years. I have all the documentation to verify what I am stating.
