Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Walmart Neighborhood Market Latest Community Discussions About Walmart Neighborhood MarketDP: Citi ThankYou Mastercard - Walmart no longer counts as groceries22h agoUntil last month, Walmart #5140 always showed up as "Merchandise-GROCERY STORE,SUPERMARKET" on my Citi ThankYou Mastercard. However, that same store just started showing up as "Merchandise-DISCOUNT STORE". Is anyone else having the same issue with their Walmarts? And to make matters worse, there is a Walmart Neighborhood Market #5684 nearby that completely stopped selling Visa gift cards altogether earlier this year. I'll assume this is a one-off, unless other people also started noticing their Walmarts stopped selling them too (and they still sell typical gift cards, just not Visa & Mastercard & American Express). I will start buying my VGCs in a r... Bilt Obsidian Data Points for 3x on Grocery at Walmart, WNM, & Target?2d agoHave there been any data points on how the Obsidian codes Walmart Supercenter, Walmart Neighborhood Market, and Target? We only have Walmart Neighborhood Market for groceries, and my Amex Gold is the only card that codes it as "grocery." The Obsidian coding any of those three as "grocery" would be a game-changer. I did see a post a while back where someone confirmed Walmart and Target coded them as grocery since (allegedly) MasterCard does (Chase, Citi, etc. all explicitly exclude Walmart and Target, but Bilt doesn't, I don't think). But have there been any other data points? Just a quick question?5d agoI currently work at a Walmart Neighborhood Market and our structure of leadership is obviously different than that of a Supercenter. I’m just wondering if anyone would be willing to explain to me the difference between a Sales Floor TL and a F/C TL in a Super center. Thanks! Overnight stocking10d agoHey all 27(F) here So I recently got hired as an overnight stocker at a Walmart Neighborhood Market. My schedule is 4 days a week 9pm-6AM. I’m wondering how is it? I’ve seen mixed reviews on TikTok and Reddit that someone people love it and others **** it. I’m in college and do classes online. I also like to stay up til 2AM -3AM and I wake up about 7am-8am to take my dogs out and then take a nap at 2-6pm usually. Im currently a afterschool teacher, I just watch kids and do activities from 2pm-6pm, Monday -Friday, and I’m pretty sure I’ll have the summer off. I enjoy it but I’m having a dilemma if I should quit and come to Walmart? Any advice is welcome, thanks. Virgin Islands National Park || My 39th National Park ----- DETAILS & TIPS INCLUDED14d agoWith Virgin Islands National Park being one of the lesser-visited US national parks (under 500k annual visitors), I wanted to share some tips for anyone on the fence about visiting this incredible Park. IMO Dry Tortugas National Park is a more challenging destination to get to… AND I LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA! Virgin Islands National Park became my 39th park, and it left a strong impression. I usually leave parks feeling satisfied, but this one joined a short list that includes Death Valley and Big Bend that I wish I’d had more time to explore. Living in South Florida, my airfare was just $127 roundtrip, which makes a return trip very doable. I loved the relaxed island time, vibe, welcoming... Found this today14d agoLocal Walmart neighborhood market I have not seen it before where best, not worst, grocery store?17d agoHere’s a look at some of the per mile rates Uber is sending while gas is climbing20d agoTake a look for yourself. The gas in my market is $4.29 for regular, when just about a month ago it was about $2.70. I “greened out” on weed when I was 18.28d agoI was 3 months deep into my first long term relationship and I was spending the night at my boyfriends’ place. His roommate was a big stoner and would often smoke blunts mixed with different kinds of strains. We were outside on the back patio talking and passing around a blunt. Whenever it got passed to me, I would take a hit not thinking of how much I was using. I was new to smoking weed so I didn’t know my limit at the time. After a while, I realized everyone around me was starting to get high and I was thinking to myself “why am I not as high as them?” So, when it got around to me again I took a huge hit. After that I was gone. I sat there frozen and in my head. After enough time... Any merchandisers around?31d agoI work for a CocaCola bottler down South as a merchandiser. I have been with them for 6 months since October. They call us "trainees" since I dont have a route. I feel like I am being taken advantage of because I work routes and trucks for Account Merchandisers when they are off or need help. They are being compensated for how many cases are on their route. I work all these trucks every day for these merchandisers that I feel like I am being taken advantage of. I call in sick once or twice and my bottler never used my sick time! crazy. My paystub was a day short of pay. We are short like 6 drivers right now which is crazy..I had two trucks yesterday. My two trucks were on a reloa... Rant - Why Willard’s Growth is Pathetic37d agoAs someone who grew up in Willard and still has family in that part of the Springfield area, I’ve thought a lot about why Republic, Rogersville, Nixa, and Ozark are slowly merging with Springfield, yet Willard still feels so isolated, yet is just as close (physically/geographically) as Republic. I no longer live in the area, but follow this subreddit and am still part of the Facebook pages. This bothers me every time I come back to visit. **-The Lack of a Walmart Neighborhood Market-** Walmart is not well-liked, but I truly believe that this is the main cause of Willard’s slow growth. I shall explain. Towns rely on taxes. I know Walmart is technically “money not staying in the loca... $120 a week for working Part-time on two-day shift...for only four hours each day?41d agoI understand that Sprouts in Port Charlotte, FL is in a budget and in lots of it's stores around the US. I worked fives years as a Lot Associate for Home Depot and spent almost a year working as a Cart Attendant for Walmart Neighborhood Market and NEVER did a rotten budget like this. Pepperidge Farm brown butter pecan Chessmen 9.5/1042d agoDefinite brown butter and pecan notes, slightly bitter edge. I’m busily reminding myself that the serving size is not a full package. Found at Walmart Neighborhood Market for $1.78. Going from Spark to Picker51d agoHey yall, I just got hired to be a picker at my local Walmart (orientation Thursday.) Ive been a Sparker at this Walmart and 2 others in the neighboring town for about 2 years. Now Spark gives very good directions for shopping and express orders; Aisle, Section, Item #, and the Walmart Neighborhood Market in the neighboring town even has the flashing digital tags if you need extra help finding your item. I also shop at those store regularly so I know roughly where things are. My question is, when picking is the system similar to shopping for Spark? Is there a thing that tells you where the items are and if its not there, where the requested substitution is, or is is completely different? Is...
