I need to know if I have to prepare to pay 3 times the cost so I don't have to wait for shipping,, 😭

I’m trying to figure out why package is being delayed. I purchase something on eBay that said the delivery date would be 3-16-26. It’s been a couple of days not and still no updates. This package is coming from Tampa to Maryland, all on the east coast. Weather should not be an issue.

This isn't just a complaint but hopefully provide an additional way of checking new vs used. I ordered bedding pillows from amazon. The box was original to the brand but with what looked like excessive tape. Upon opening the box, I pulled out the pillows and the plastic shipping cover was crumpled up at the bottom. I looked closer at the shipping box and found a UPS return label on one side of the box with the original purchaser's address underneath it. Amazon originally wanted me to rebox it and take it to the UPS store but I refused and they stated UPS will come and pick it up from the porch. For some packages with valuable items, we will be shipping by UPS Next Day. Which is more secure, ship to UPS store for pickup, or signature on delivery? I listed my shipping as ups as they're price is lower compared to others. The "problem" is theres no UPS store in my city. The closest is about 15-25 minutes away from me. However there is a UPS acess point place just 4 minutes from me and a drop off box. I've heard Drop boxes aren't ideal as theres no receipt and they delay the pickups. Hi!! So I’m just a little stuck right now … I recently had a package that was out for delivery on Friday. That 9:31 AM scan was originally an “out for delivery” scan. It wasn’t delivered that day, which no big deal! But I haven’t gotten any indication of what’s happening and no updated delivery date. I called customer support and they said it’s being delivered today, but still no indication of this on my side since there is no delivery date provided. Should I file a claim? I’ve never had this issue before!!!

Bought a Zotac prebuilt on Amazon for around $5k, and the PC stopped posting after only 45 days. By that point, Amazon wouldn’t cover it anymore because it was already past the 30-day return window, so I had to go directly through Zotac for an RMA. That’s where it turned into a joke. Returned my Unbreakable WiFi equipment back in January - dropped it off at a UPS store using the QR code Frontier sent me. UPS store scanned it, I walked out, figured that was that. Now Frontier is telling me they have no record of receiving the package and they want me to provide the shipping label. I’m dealing in restoration furniture and have a piece that might be small enough to pack and ship via UPS rather than uShip to New Hampshire. Anyone have a good experience with a specific ups store in the area that you’ve used to ship something larger than a bread box but smaller than a chest of drawers?

Tried to return some defective fittings and I couldn't get a return label. Was told to do a QR return by dropping them off at a UPS store. We don't have any kind of UPS store or any of the stores that handle Amazon returns. Had a UPS distribution yard, but they left. We do have a shipping place that will accept labeled returns.

The UPS Store I work at charges customers for tape if the box is customer packed but not taped, or if they come in with a prepaid label and the box has no tape on it. Basically anything involving a shipping label where the customer packed it themselves, unless it’s a CAMS return or a TikTok Shop return. My manager also lets me use my discretion on how much to charge someone. They trust us to do that for most jobs in the store, but we’re supposed to charge at least a small minimum. I’m just curious what other stores do. Do you charge for tape in those situations, or do you usually just tape it for free?
