Hi, I’ve bought a phone on Vinted and it’s gone through all the verification hub however as yodel by InPost keeps on saying that the parcel is going to be delivered it just never happens what should I do

Can anyone tell me what this means🤦‍♀️ been in contact with yodel and sender chat bot agents and they have no idea and apparently its still being delivered today.

I'm in one of these situations that since i'm working full time and the local RM depot works 2 hours a month the only way i can receive parcels is by using services that can be re-directed for collection from shops, lockers, etc. Otherwise the parcel ends up being returned to sender if lucky or they disappear into the void and gets lost for good There's something i want and only available from aliexpress, so i'm wondering if people is generally able to redirect somewhere for collection? From what i'm reading they use a range of last mile couriers. Evri i think can always be redirected once a tracking number is issued? RM only if tracked24 or tracked48 is used, but...

Post office question - What if they hand an RM package to Evri/dpd? Hi everyone This isn't a where is my parcel but a more procedural one. What happens if the post office give RM packages to Evri or Evri packages to RM. Is there some agreement to swap parcels back? or are they gone in that system forever? Or do the 3rd parties agree to deliver on their slowest cheapest service? I remember when I worked for the catalogues if Yodel picked an evri one up or visa versa the catalogue companies/courier companies had a agreement to exchange parcels so wondering if something similar existed.

Hey there, I need a recommendation on how to retrieve my money that Vinted has POSSESSED. The story is below: I liked and bought an item from an honest seller and they delivered the item through Yodel. Before buying, as all might guessed it, I paid the item fee, delivery fee and also Buyer Protection Fee (well come to this fee a bit later on). After a while, nobody arrived from Yodel but it said “delivered”. By the way, we’re living in a court where CCTV is in place, so I’d definitely know if there was somebody delivering the item. I’ve sold something but I can’t go to my regular drop off point shop as it’s closed, am i able to go to a different one or does it not matter? On the shipping label it doesn’t directly say I need to go to that exact shop, but it was the one I selected when it asked me.

yodel said they attempted to deliver my vinted parcel but failed even though i was in,i got in contact wkth customer service and they said it would be delivered the next day,4 working days later it still hasnt arrived it just says on its way.they said they had posted a card through but they havent.the customer service dosent really help at all, does anyone know what i should do? thank you

I've using AliExpress for a couple of years since they use China post/Royal mail. Those parcels were always delivered without problem. Since the beginning of December Evri have failed to deliver 8 out of 8 parcels. Two returned as 'undeliverable' and six 'lost' or stolen by Evri couriers. They go 'out for delivery' and never turn up. Three parcels sent by Yodel and one local parcel by royal mail have been delivered quickly without problems. Is there anyway to stop AliExpress sending my parcels by Evri?

I ordered this on the 20th January. The initial delivery was estimated between the 23rd and the 28th. It was meant to be collected on the 28th but the seller wasn’t in, so it was collected on the 29th. Now the parcel seems to be waiting at yodel since the 30th of January. Is it normal for a parcel to be waiting there for 6 days? I’m worried because the parcel is fragile and I’m worried about the return window.

I kind of don’t believe it, that would take away most of what I actually despatch via Evri. But that’s what the guy on the counter told me. And as we have no Yodel option any more under simple delivery, it would mean no selling large stuff. Anybody else heard this? EDIT : Turns out it’s nothing to do with Evri, my local post office (which is at a corner shop), are now refusing to take parcels that they consider to be big, ie taking up space. That’s the case whether it’s an Evri or a Royal Mail, and even if it’s within the simple delivery medium parcel size of 61x46x46. i ordered a bunch of stuff from aliexpress which was meant to arrive yesterday however the post office i sent it to refused it due to not accepting yodel parcels im unsure of what to do as yodel probably has the parcel at a warehouse but i cant reroute it or schedule redelivery or anything, aliexpress isnt giving any options other than disputes which one of have been cancelled

Asking here for help as I’m a bit stuck. When I trying to send my parcel (Yodel), the guy at the till scanned my code to send it but then machine didn’t print out the sticker. The guy then had to take a phone call because it was important to him. He came back and then tried to scan it again but it said it was already scanned. He ignored me and served other people then tried to use his device (which was a phone?) again but nothing worked. He basically in the end said I can’t send the parcel. This means I can’t complete the order but it’s not my fault. Anybody else have this situation or any tips so I don’t lose my mind (or the order) over this.
