Why isn't there a sub Reddit for Yodel? Sneaky or what. I'm posting this here, I used to think Yodel was great but lately whenever I received a parcel from Yodel they take over a week to deliver it. Case in point ☝️

It says online you can drop off yodel parcels at inpost lockers. I printed the label out worth my thermal printer like normal and went to the locker but it would not scan/recognise the barcode. Is this just for people buying yodel labels directly off their website and not through Vinted? I tried 3 lockers. I have tried contacting them but got nowhere!

I have two items in transit. Yet I have two tracking numbers for each? One said delivered today but there is nothing at my house and no parcel was delivered in my name and that was even vouched for by security. So I’m quite unsure if this is on alis end or yodel. Can anyone provide insight? Thanks.

Does anyone know why my yodel parcel says mark as received when I’ve not received anything and when I go to track my parcel it does say anything about its delivery time just Vinted give me possible dates I could be delivered

So I have placed a total of 4 orders from the same company that uses Yodel and I am now just fed up. The first one put it half way through the letter box took a picture then took it out. The company refused a refund, yodel backed their driver. 2nd time was alright as I took time off work and waited outside until he showed to get it. 3rd time they said they delivered when the van was 30mins away from my house, and then re delivered it 2 days later. 4th time and the most recent one delivered it while I was at work but had family home put it halfway through the letter box again and then took it out. As the title says, I checked my settings and I do not have either of the Royal Mail options selected as delivery options, so how has the buyer selected it as their delivery option? This is really annoying for me because I don't have a printer at home, so I have to ask family if I need something printed. Shipping is already harder for me because I have a 2 month old baby. I don't want to cancel and get a negative review, so I'll find a way to print the label, but it's so annoying.

I purchased something recently and got it sent to a locker with Inpost. It was out for delivery today and I thought it was strange I got another 'parcel loading...' email despite the fact it's already been in transit, I checked the tracking with Yodel instead and it had an update saying it was too large for the locker. However, I've got no option to redirect it to a shop, and the seller is on holiday. What will happen to it now? Thank you. p.s I didn't know it would not fit in a locker otherwise I would have not chosen it!

I've recently sold an item with Yodel listed for postage, but even though my parcel falls within the 60x50x50 size limit all of my local dropoff points have refused to accept it. After finding similar stories online ​​I don't see any way forward without cancelling the order and relisting the item with another delivery option, but if I do this are there any fees or penalties for cancelling an order? ​​​​

Bought a parcel valued over £100 from vinted, and it has been stuck at ‘contact the retailer’ for a few days now. I have contacted Yodel and Vinted multiple times, but received no response at all from Vinted and bland ones from Yodel. Nobody is updating me on anything, I’m not sure what steps to take/if it means my parcel is lost, has anyone else had an issue like this and what happened to the parcel?

Bit of a bizarre one, but I had a parcel delivered by Yodel Inpost today. However the parcel isn't mine and I wasn't expecting any either. I contacted Yodel who tried gaslighting me that it was my parcel and I'd just forgotten about it 🙄 then said there was nothing they could do! They did confirm it was a Vinted parcel, and was sent on 26th January, from an Inpost locker in an area of my city which I never go to. I did send some parcels on the 26th January, but none of them are missing, and I haven't sent or bought anything which has gone missing since. After talking to over 10 agents today none of them were helpful at all, none of them know what’s happening and they’re making stuff up on the spot. I believe there driver has either stolen my parcel or they lost it which proves how much of a **** delivery service they really are, they can’t even handle a simple parcel they struggle to deliver stuff clearly and their drivers are disgustingly lazy and probably drunk or on some next substance to not be using there eyes to find a simple ******* address and the driver has most likely stolen my parcel and disappeared, NEVER USE YODEL DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

this has happened to me three times, correct address and no other problems with other delivery couriers eg yodel/royal mail. this problem is only shown with evri where they are sending bought parcels back for no reason

20 of my last orders have been consecutively.been assigned to Evri while. Last month cheap orders were assigned to Evri while higher value orders were through RM48 with an even split but as of last week all orders are through Evri regardless of value, I understand evri and Ebay are best friends but this can't be happening especially with Evri delivering one of my orders to the middle of a park near my customer's apartment and Ebay taking money from me to refund the customer despite simple delivery and "Buyer's fee" being there to cover this issues.
