I bought an item on eBay on 8th December, seller sent it the 9th and I received the dreaded email stating Evri had it. I had asked for the parcel to be delivered to my post office instead of home. Tracking showed on the 11th it was out to be delivered to the collection point. That is where it has stayed. I contacted the seller, they were the same, no further information. I flagged with eBay and eBay made me wait until the 22nd. I have now received a refund, eBay has said if it turns up, I can keep. What are the chances that happens, lol? What a joke, I am glad I got it to a collection point. I thought Yodel were bad. Lol.

I detest Inpost. Had issues with them before, so avoid as much as possible. This last week on my account I've bought 3 items and only Inpost came up each time. I thought I'd give them another shot, but have once again I've been left with a problem on all 3 parcels (another issue for another post!) Why is it that only my account is showing Inpost as a collection option, however when my husband searches the exact same items on his account, he gets Yodel and Evri come up too? Tried googling to no avail, so really hoping someone here has some insight as to what's going on!

Hi, im worried for time. Buyer bought with yodel door to door and AGAIN havent come! (Saturday) its now Monday & still aren't coming today as the person on the phone didnt initiate a recollection until I messaged them this morning. I just want the parcel on the way to the buyer, no necessarily for Christmas as thats pushing it, but just to get it in the system on the way before more delays with bank holidays and I have til the 26th, but.... the buyer hasnt been on since yesterday and generally really really slow in responding. Hi! I need help with answering a question: Basically, a few days ago I bought two things off Shein and I set delivery as to send it off to the Post Office as I want to collect it there. I just got a notification that my delivery will be arriving in a few days by Yodel, so I checked if I could collect a Yodel parcel from the Post Office and apparently I can't. I am not sure if it's too accurate, could someone please tell me if I am possibly sure to collect the Yodel parcel?

I sent a parcel via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as there was no Yodel option for the buyer. Normally with Yodel it takes around 5 days, but this one feels unusually slow - First time using Royal Mail for Vinted. Tracking shows it’s been sitting at the last destination for a few days now and hasn’t moved. It’s technically still within the estimated delivery timeframe (January), but I’ve never had one take this long before. Is this normal for Royal Mail at the minute, especially around Christmas?? Has anyone had similar delays that still turned up fine? Just a bit worried it might be lost.

So I want to turn off all shipping options that allow pick-up and only have home delivery allowed, this is because of buyers not collecting their items and I end up out of pocket when the item never ends up being returned. For Inpost, Evri, and Yodel this is clear which to turn off but Royal Mail only has one option and buyer at point of check out can choose home delivery or collect from PO. I don't really wish to turn off Royal Mail but I cannot keep having buyers not collect their item and I get done over by the Vinted policy of refunding a buyer if they don't collect. I also can't see when a buyer using the collect from PO as digital QR does not show this for Royal Mail.

Buyer bought something that was yodel door to door, again. Guess what? They didnt turn up AGAIN!!! Literally before the time slot given they marked it wasn't available and a pic that wasn't my house, reflection in a window showing they didnt even get out the van. All a lie as the parcel was at my door for them. How hard is it for them to come for it, literally a quick second to scan and take it? If they dont come by monday evening im cancelling as no chance in **** its getting to them for xmas, and im making it known on the phone first thing Monday morning

Hi all its my first time buying from AliExpress I have received my tracking number I noticed 2 day delivery could someone explain to me if evri are expecting it in 2 days or will I receive it in 2 days TIA

Im just a curious person and quite surprised on how bad royal mail is and i was quite surprised as i don’t know about you guys but for me Evri royal mail DPD are excellent the only dodgy one is yodel which for no reason leave my parcels near the stairs on the ground floor and has one time delivered to a different location I’m just curious on anyones story’s with them either good or bad.

Anyone had issuses getting compensation for a lost parcel from Vinted. Sent a parcel out via yodel and it’s been over 25 working days. There parcel had no update for weeks. And then about 10 days ago said it was getting returned to me. This left like a lie to justify the parcel was still in their system. I’ve not had anything returned. I contacted yodel last week who said they can’t actually track it and have informed Vinted (not sure how). Vinted have today cancelled the order and refunded buyer. They have told me I have to wait for parcel to be returned. I’ve said it’s over the 25 working days and yodel have confirmed it’s lost. Do I need yodel to actually change the parc...

Hi all, just a quick one — I dropped off an order today at a local Yodel drop off (a newsagents). Due to me being on annual leave, I went to a different place than usual. The guy behind the till couldn’t have given less of a **** if he tried. He printed off the label, I stuck it on the parcel, handed it back to him, and he gave me a printed receipt. 4 hours later, the order still isn’t showing as dispatched from my end in the Vinted app. Does it mean he hasn’t scanned the parcel or something? Time to remove Evri as an option!

Does anybody know a reliable way of finding a Yodel drop off point? And am I right in thinking I can’t use InPost lockers? I’ve now been to three random dodgy corner shops in my city that the yodel website lists as drop off points, but all three say they no longer take Yodel parcels due to issues w the company. I have a buildup of about 15 parcels now and some of them expire tomorrow - I’ve now turned Yodel off as an option but really don’t want to lose out on the money or get a bad review for not posting in time! Has anyone had any luck finding up to date info on Yodel? It feels like trying to navigate the black market or something - sticking with RM and InPost from now on!

I ordered a bundle a little while ago for a holiday I'm currently on and when it arrived an item was missing. I assumed the buyer had just forgotten to put it in (I know I've nearly forgotten items for a bundle so no judgement from me!) but when I messaged her she said she definitely put them in. What I looked like is that the packaging was tampered with. It looked like it had been cut open and taped back up with yodel parcel tape. I sent the images of the item I received and close ups of the packaging and then went on holiday. Hi folk, I wanted to share a bad experience that I had encountered today with an item that I bought on Vinted. I bought a smartphone for a very good price and it was posted promptly with Yodel store to store. When the paecel arrived to the collection point the seller asked me to put in a review immediately as he wanted the money for Christmas.I collected the parcel from the shop and put it in my bag. Immediately after leaving the shop I took the parcel from my bag. It felt lighter than usual and I noticed that it has been opened. Unsurprisingly, it contained an empty box. okay so basically i placed this order around the last week of november, it was supposed to be delivered between the 7-10th december which is standard but the parcel didn’t arrive and it basically i’ve reached out to customer service about it and they just kept saying please be patient it’s been delayed blah blah blah all that stuff, but the tracking hasn’t updated from these (pic attached) and the company that’s supposed be delivering it is yodel and when i track it with them it says it’s still with sender! this has never happened to me before my parcels have always gotten delivered to me just fine, so i don’t know what went wrong this time….. they’ve now refunded me saying...

We all know Yodel is **** but this is next level. They have literally done no work - after the seller dropped off a parcel Yodel immediately emailed me to say they couldn't deliver my item to my chosen location and instead I need to collect the item from where the seller just dropped it off, which is a 2 hour drive away. Vinted have marked the item as delivered. I'm obviously refusing to pick it up from there - anyone ever experienced this and can recommend how to get it sorted?

For years I was happily using the Parcel app on my phone, which is very lightweight and convenient and can track virtually any courier in the world. I could see all my parcels coming from RM, Evri, Yodel etc in one place. For a few months now Parcel have informed us that RM have shut down their and other 3rd party apps access to RM tracking. It’s the only courier in the world I know of to do so, and it’s either to extort money from small app developers like Parcel’s or to force us customers to use their own ****** app, which is broken beyond belief as you can see in the screenshot.
