Vision Express Locations - Store Locator Tool UK

I've had a few issues with my new glasses and wondered if anyone else has got a refund from them. Vision Express are doing an exchange (I paid the difference to upgrade the lenses) but if this doesn't resolve things would a refund still be an option even though I've tried an exchange?

What were your reasons and was this an easy experience?

Recently, I posted some uncomplimentary remarks about SpecSavers and transphobia. Thos was wrong and I apologise unreservedly to them and anyone else I was snarky with. Why? Because I checked my glasses and prescription last Thursday and found I should have been directing my anger at Vision Express (it helps that they sent me a letter Friday addressed to "Mr" <Female name>. As it turned out, I had an eye exam at SpecSavers which resulted in a hospital referral there and then to investigate fluid build-up in my left eye. They couldn't have been more helpful, professional and respectful. Would recommend.

I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses through shade station on 21st march. A designer model. Tom Ford 'Falconer' which are a large frame. During the purchase process, I was asked to provide my PD or Pupillary distance. As I didn't have this on my prescription card I asked for their advice and Shade Station sent me a link to an online measurement site that took it using the camera on my phone. Hello po. Need ko ng bagong glasses. Nasira yung Sunnies ko after less than 1 year na use. Sabi ng friend ko ang cheap kasi talaga ng quality ng sunnies at kaya mura ng presyo. So napatingin ako sa Vision Express na mahal pero baka mas okay long term at maganda na rin na brand. Ano thoughts nyo?

Hi everyone, I’m currently dealing with a situation with Vision Express in Złote Tarasy (Warsaw) and wanted to check if anyone here had something similar. I left my glasses there for lens replacement, and after some time I was informed that they were lost and could not be found. They have already acknowledged responsibility, and now I’m waiting for their final compensation proposal. I have a lot more details, but I’d prefer to share them once I see how they handle this case. I’ve tried 6 pairs glasses now (exchanged/returned them always so not down any money) and every pair has hurt my left side of my nose, and often also hurt above my right ear. The optometrists just aren’t helpful, I’m buying glasses that they recommend for my face shape, explaining the problems I’ve had, and I get the same problem every time. If I feel my nose it is pretty much symmetrical. The only exception has been the glasses that I had with nose pads, because these hurt both sides of my nose not just my left.
