I need to send a couple of kitchen knives to a UK address. The Royal Mail website says they fall under "Restricted Items" so need to be sent Tracked With Age Verification. There's two problems with this: 1) Tracked only covers them up to £75 and they're worth about £200 2) The only way to buy Tracked With Age Verification postage is on the Clock & Drop website. when you get to the end of the process, the only way to continue to paying for it is to tick a box to say there aren't any prohibited or restricted items in the parcel. Hi, ive had a parcel due to be delivered at home today by UPS, they put a card through saying it has been taken to a UPS pick up point and gave the address. I went there to collect it and they said they don't accept UPS parcels and didn't have it. UPS still says its there. what can I do? I paid extra to have this shipped from Italy as need it this weekend, the store i bought it from says 21 days for investigation. I'm so confused and stressed. any ideas?

Recently, when ordering from vinted (usually from Germany) and using the shipment provider dpd, I keep having the same issue: The parcel is marked as being delivered before I was informed that it arrived at the pickup point (and therefore I did not even have the chance to pick it up yet). I am guessing that somehow the packages are being marked as delivered once they reach the pick-up point? My parcel arrived this morning! I got the Aretha in XS and the Basile in XS as well. They both feel super soft and comfortable and aren't itchy at all.
