It was a breezy ordering process through dm. They were 800 each and with DC I paid 2750. I paid via transfer immediately including the dc. She says it'll reach me 3-5 days post dispatch. Sorry, I can’t find anything online clearly explaining this. I have a parcel on the way with prepaid customs from the US to the UK. It is coming by DHL e-commerce parcel direct, and I’m unsure if this is the same as the seemingly snail mail e-commerce. I really need the parcel by the 12th and I’m super paranoid it won’t be here. It was picked up on the 15th and on the 20th said it was scanned into sack/container (according to parcels app, DHL just says processing complete at origin). Am I kind of screwed ? Or is direct faster ? Or just a nicer way of phrasing e-commerce ?

I got an email from DHL saying that my parcel just passed customs in Cincinnati even though my parcel is not being shipped from there. Two minutes later I get another email saying that my parcel has just been picked up from where it originated from (Michigan). On the tracking website it says that the parcel has just been picked up. We're clearing out our grandads flat in Latvia and need to send alot of things that we want back to the UK (kitchen stuff like pots, pans, knives), books, tools, etc etc but not sure which couriers service to use? We have boxes that are approx 60x40x40cm and weigh a fair bit (defo over 20kg). I've looked at parcelABC + UPS but not sure if the services are for business purposes as they are for large packages. Is there anything I should take out for customs (like the knives) or a declaration form should be ok to clear them - dont want to lose the boxes over something silly! I am working on board a ship. My brother wants to deliver me a parcel from Netherlands. I will be in Trieste on the 8th of June. I do not have an address in Trieste Italy (obviously) as I do not live there. When my brother goes online to set up sending the package it asks for the recievers address. Nowhere does it mention that we can make it go to a DHL store in Trieste for me to pick up? Is that possible as I do not have an address. How do we go about this ? Thanks

Bit confused here... On DHL.com, the tracking states "Parcel is at the ServicePoint for collection" but on the eCommerce.co.uk website it is still out for delivery to its service point. Which one should believe here? Since don't want to waste my time going to pick it up if it's not available.. Parcel is a domestic shipment within the UK.

I ordered the Steam Controller within the first minutes on launch day and my parcel got routed to the UK by GLS by mistake (it was supposed to ship from Netherlands to Germany), even though everything was labeled correctly.
