Sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask this question but I’m having problems with DPD and was wondering if this sounds like theft or a genuine human error. Was due a parcel delivery to a pick up locker on Friday, Friday came and went with nothing, I get a message saying it’s delivered Saturday. I go to collect it and a parcel addressed to someone else is in my locker. I call DPD they say they will get someone to contact me Sunday to collect the other ladies parcel and my parcel is in the other persons locker so they will try sort it out. No one contacts me Sunday. Returned a laptop to Amazon UK via Royal Mail. (worth £4k) Tracking shows **Delivered & Signed** on **5 Dec** at **YDC Parcel Hub (Yorkshire Distribution Centre)**. Amazon tracking also shows delivered, but frontline support keeps saying it hasn’t been “received” yet. Then one agent said it’s in an internal transfer from the RM hub to a returns processing centre (or something like that?) and can take up to \~14 days. Is this normal, should I be patient?

Hello, I received an email today telling me a very expensive (several thousand euros) parcel had been delivered and received by 'CLIENT'. The parcel was not due to be delivered until tomorrow but I was at home at the time and saw neither hide nor hair of UPS' subcontractor (I am in the EU, and I understand UPS exclusively uses subcontractors for delivery to residential addresses). Saw the postie from the window walking up the path with a parcel today. Headed down to the front door surprised that the bell hadn't rung by the time I got there. Opened the door to find the parcel outside, and the postie heading off down the street. The parcel was for a house several doors down. The numbers on my front door are big (about 6 inches high), clear, and in the middle of the door. Now I can accept that mistakes can be made occasionally, but this seems to happen every couple of weeks. Any thoughts on why this happens so often?

I’ve had it with the dumping issue on an adjoining wooded acre we own. Without going into lots of details unless asked, this is a wooded lot that is labeled “wetland and wetland buffer”.
