travelled to uk from tropical florida. had only ohne project classic white sneakers with me. plan was to buy some cheap boots in decathlon since I was traveling then to norway and denmark. long story short, my ohne sole came off in right in front of theaters palace in heavy rain. went to uniqlo and bought some socks and luckily there was a vivo store nearby and got these. had my feet wet for a total of 15min lol. threw the ohne project in the trash and been using these since. no regrets!

Hi, I have seen recommendations for Uniqlo for short women and went to a shop to try their clothes on. They didn’t have a very big range but I did find some blue linen trousers I really like. However both the S and XS were too big. The guy in the changing room said that they only sell the XXS online. The online size guide for some of their items is also really confusing compared to other shops. I don’t like buying without trying clothes on, especially when the return policy charges for postage, so them not carrying any XXS in store is disappointing. So I returned a parcel on an item costing 139.9£. All per the terms and conditions. The item was delivered per the royal mail. I kept proof of the return from the post office. Customer service said they would refund me and proceed with the manual refund. I also got several confirmations through call. In the end they refused for no reason.
