Why is it so hard to land a job here? I've applied over the years, finally got an interview last year and made it to round 2 of interviews (because of course they're making you do 2 rounds) but didn't land the job. Applied to 18 locations last week and had an interview yesterday. Felt really good about it, got along with the interviewer, didn't laugh when the interviewer said "now we're gonna slurp" during the coffee tasting portion. Didn't even make it to the second round.
