So I thought I could turn my prom dress (which last fit me when I was 16 - now I am 26) into a new dress to wear as a formal gown. I recently accepted a position in Human Resources after working in IT for a bit, and feel I should start dressing the part of a professional instead of the standard Vans, cargo shorts, and band tees I was used to working in IT.
