TLDR: I’m engaged and worried my nonbinary identity is accepted but not really loved. I am making a dress from [New Look 6800](https://simplicity.com/new-look/n6800). The pattern is for a knee length a-line skirt, but I'd like to lengthen to a mid-calf or even ankle length if possible. In the first image I drew out my possible plan for lengthening the skirt, but not sure which line to draw, I know they should all start at the top corner of the waist so that measurement stays the same, but should I continue the angle at the top **(red line)**, follow the angle of the bottom half **(blue line)**, or something in between (**orange line)**? So this morning as I was preparing to prepare my sandwich to take to work, I noticed I was out of cheese and Chipotle mayo, so I toasted my bread and gathered the ingredients to build the sandwich at work and get the missing parts on the way in.
