I'm 22M and I've been meaning to start a proper weight loss journey for a while as I know I should. I'm not terribly overweight but I have a stomach, or, "beer belly" that I desperately want to lose. The thing is I don't really know how, at all. Hi, I'm a very picky eater and struggle to find places to order from, and never really eat anything saucy or with veggies, or with boneless chicken (with a few exceptions, such as Nando's baste, or Iland Vybes' jerk sauce). My top and most favourite chicken spots are Chicken for You where I order the Hot Spicy chicken from (it messes with my tummy sometimes though), A&W and their chicken buddy burgers (they're always super consistent) and Jollibee's chicken tenders. Day 7 Weigh In @ 9AM - 95.8 Today was my official second pin. This whole morning i felt snackish and I caved in to some biscuits. This was after I pinned. Similar to last week as soon as I pin the CRAVINGS are STRONG. After about 2-3 hours I had lunch at 1pm and I was back in reta mode. No craving etc. 1 pinned 1.33mg. I was so shocked that I have almost finished this one from Trader Joe’s! I think it’s a kind of Peri Peri?? And I don’t love the Nandos so I was prepared to not like this much but I ended up loving it! I mainly use it on chicken/pork/some beef but it’s pretty versatile! 4/10 on the spice scale for me but for most it might be higher idk

So I got chicken strips, a taco, fries and churros. Chicken was nice. The fries are like a mix between Nando’s and kfc. The taco wasn’t the best. The churros were good, but aren’t they always! Anyone else been? What did you think?

Okay it's actually Turkish - but they only seem to do chicken on the menu. (Also apologies I didn't show the receipt... I honestly must have eaten it😭 but I've said the prices of the food instead and shown the menu). So yea since november 2024, I've had breathing problems, congestion etc through my nose, that i didn't have before. Especially when i have spicy/hot chicken like from nandos. Has anyone else had this? How do i fix this? They offered to send me to special nose specialists but nothing... Pls help

I worked at Nandos about 10 years ago. Loved it, still crave it every time I’m near one. In my years, I’ve become a pretty good chef in my culinary career. Been recently making knock-off Nandos chicken sandwiches (hot/medium level) and recently visited a Nandos and found that, mine are better. I eat a ton of food and I mean a **** ton (like 1kg of vegetables). I love chicken and the taste of crispy chicken (with skin) dipped with some Nando’s sauce or any other nice sauce. I want to eat like 500/800g of it per day but I know that’s not possible. One is vegetarian, one only does pasta/chicken nuggets/chips/plain pizza/nothing fancy or flavoured. The other is taller than me, fills my shoes and eats and eats and eats. Prefers burgers/Nandos/Wagamama/good hearty grub. Have car so can travel within reason.

In my local area. i am seeing so many green cooks applying for jobs or asking for jobs and claiming they are experienced cooks but when you look at their resume. they've only been working for 12-18 months.
