I had ordered through the self-ordering kiosk in the kfc store I went to and the UPI payment took place smoothly and the money was deducted from my bank account too but the order wasn't placed. When I asked the staff about it, they told me that the amount would get credited within 24 hours since the order wasn't placed and in case it didn't they gave a number for me to contact. This number isn't picking up my calls for the past few days and it's been atleast a week since I went kfc. It was 400 bucks and I don't know how to get it back.
