I feel like a complete ***** asking this, but I really don’t understand how fabric that you buy in shops works. My first machine is on the way and I’d love to make some clothes for my little boy but I am falling at the first hurdle - fabric selection! Anyone who is a regular on here (like me) will know that I’m a massive Diptyque fan with a large collection of their fragrances. Hi, Ordered a new iPhone to collect from Sunday just gone. Collection date was delayed & then received an email from JL that my parcel was lost/damaged in transit & to contact them for a refund/replacement. After contacting them they’ve told me the item isn’t lost but staff haven’t been able to scan all products due to the high vol of Black Friday sales, & they need to do a full investigation to check the item isn’t in the store before they can refund me ‘due to the high value of the item’.
