I feel like I’ve definitely been scammed here. Bought a music boxset, thankfully not expensive. It has been sent out via Evri. The seller is now blocked and the listing is deleted. I got an email there saying that my delivery had been updated to send to my neighbour. When I went to put it back I noticed it says “We've tried to collect this parcel but the packaging wasn't suitable. If it still needs collecting, please ensure it is correctly packed and then you can rebook” but it seems to have made its way to the depot. I’ve pretty much accepted it’s a scam. How can I protect myself here so I can report it to Vinted? Also pretty annoyed that they were able to change it ...

im so annoyed because it was a present for mothers day but also,,, what happened ? 😭 literally no update since like the driver just vanished while delivering parcels definitely gonna just not shop from anywhere that ships with evri anymore bcs theres a problem every single time.

SO i ordered some things from lush and it was delivered by evri, apparently it has been delivered to my neigbour at 57 but there is no number 57 on my street?? So i asked the neigbours over the road at 37 if they had it, they didnt so i asked my mum to post on facebook and see of anyone has my parcel, she also added the like screenshot of the email they sent me of the confirmation onto the post but someone commented they received the same image as confirmation🤦‍♀️ Literally what do i do, ive complained to evri but had nothing back 🥲

Ive opened an enquiry on evri chat but is there a way to speak to a human? I have ring footage of the parcel being stolen and ive told evri chat this. How long does it usually take to get a response? I just **** the fact I cannot seem to speak to a human!

How can you tell if a attempt was made to deliver? Should a photo be attached? Parcel was due between 6.30 - 8.30pm. At 7.42pm get notification saying we couldn't deliver. No picture at all just GPS, see picture. The GPS location is wrong anyway, it's further up the road... Probably about 20 houses. I'm sure if they even try to attempt a photo must be taken, but I don't have any. Just update saying we couldn't deliver. No word of 'attempt' anywhere. So I'm lost. I bought some Sketchers trainers women's size 7 online from Studio When they arrived I didn't like them because they felt heavy and clumpy so I just returned them without trying them on. It costs £4.99 to send a return to Studio via Evri I returned them and then received an email from Studio saying they received my return. Then I received emails saying that I had not returned the Skechers trainers, Studio are saying that I returned some men's used dirty size 8.5 Adidas trainers instead! I'm trying to sell an item to a customer who is in the US but I can't work out how to do so on the Vinted platform. (I have inpost mostly ticked because I live out in the sticks and there is only inposts that are closest to me, however if I could work out how to change postage over seas, I would venture out a bit further.) So I sent a parcel out to someone eBay insisted I used Evri for my pre paid label. Evri have damaged the outer box of my item and sent it back to me after a week. The buyer still wants the parcel but not sure how to deal with this as I could send via Royal Mail myself instead and then the buyer could complain that they never received the product if they wanted to and get a full refund and the item. They couldn’t deliver it to the guy (it was at his local depo a couple of days ago) because the box was damaged but they can happily send it all the way back to me. Any advice?

I received a parcel today via Evri with an eBay simple delivery postage label with my name and address but I didn't order the items. I've checked my bank account and no payment has gone out that wasn't authorized by myself so I'm assuming the parcel has the incorrect label on it. Any idea how I can trace the seller to send this back? There's no return address in or on the parcel

This package has been "out for delivery" for 8 days. Should I lose hope, or is there still a chance? When I received the notification from Evri, I changed the delivery to the nearest Evri locker—big mistake! Apparently, when you change the address, it's very common for packages to get lost. I don't know what else to do. I wrote to Evri Claire's bot, but there's no clear solution. I'm starting to think it's lost.

Ordered something about 2 weeks ago now need it in less than a week took me 4 days to even get hold of an actual person only to be told my parcel isnt in there system even tho their tracking app says theyve got it so pretty much the rebrand didn’t change **** Hermes and or evri are shite

I’ve never once had a problem with them, my parcels tend to always arrive earlier than the estimated time too so I’ve always been shocked when people say evri is so bad

Bought something on Tuesday night, was guaranteed a **Next Day Delivery** to Evri locker on Weds. At 8pm on Thursday night, my parcel is still ‘to be delivered’. Am I going to receive it today? There’s no way they’d deliver after 8pm?

Does anyone know where you can send evri parcels from in Broadmead/city centre? Tesco metro no longer accept evri parcels, nor does the post office in the galleries?

I can't deal with this awful company anymore. Message droped that they delivered parcel and left it on the letter box, 3 minutes later I come to take it nothing there obviously. Parcel is from aliexpress so good luck dealing with them to get the refund. Just going to wait for evri respond and filling for chargeback through my bank. Tried to talk to aliexpress customer service, showed them proff from evri that they "delivered" it but they just keep goin "rest assured valued customer your parcel is on the way" it's like talking to the wall.

I had a buyer contact me today and say they haven’t had their parcel, they haven’t reported the issue through vinted and mainly wanted me to contact evri. i am waiting for evri to call me back since the photo they took is not of the parcel. Also, the buyer is saying they will contact them again in two days and see what happens. Is it weird they won’t report it through vinted?
