I waited a whole month to start a case for this as I knew their excuse would be that it might be on its way but delayed or whatever but the tracking details haven’t updated, I haven’t heard from an assistant yet only the automatic chatbot and second picture is what it said but is it actually possible that they will refund the buyer (who might’ve easily collected the item and not scanned it so it doesn’t get tracked down) and not me even though I haven’t received it back and there is no proof in the tracking process that I have?

Does Tesco in Palmerston road still do Evri? Anywhere close by or is Elm Grove the nearest? And yes I did try Evri's site it was showing locations in Southampton, and Google results aren't showing addresses so I've clicked on a bunch of links to random locations. I **** Evri but bought from a company who make you pay for returns and use Evri - won't make that mistake twice!

I sent a parcel via evri and it was lost. Spoke to ebay and they asked me to speak to pack link who will compensate me. Long story short, provided all the details to prove the item was lost. I got an email on the 30th December saying they've initiated a refund and it will take 24-72 hours to reach my bank account. I checked my bank account on the 3rd January and I still haven't received a refund so I spoke to pack link on live chat and they said they escalated to the relevant department who will look into it. This drop off box is the nearest to me - on the front it has DPD, Royal Mail and Evri on it, however, on the vinted map showing me what drop off boxes are near me, this one doesnt show? i am 100% certain the buyer chose royal mail and thats the options vinted is showing me on the map. would i be able to use this box? I've never seen another box that's integrated together like this and not used it before but i don't want to drive out of my way to use it if it's not gonna work... on the other hand, the other options near me are all royal mail shops and im way too anxious to have to speak to someone to send my parcel 🥲 any advice?

Surely like RM / PF etc there is a way evri will come to your house for 5/6 items at a time? About 6 weeks ago a small parcel came for me, with my name on it I opened it and inside was a Samsung phone, one of those ones that fold in half. The phone was in a leather case but otherwise loose in this padded envelope. There was no paperwork at all inside the envelope, but I did find an Evri tracking number. Hi all, we (buyers) are in Wales and the seller is in England. We bought an item on marketplace in early November, unfortunately we agreed to bank transfer for delivery. Since then the seller has sent incorrect tracking numbers and claimed 2 delivery attempts resulted in them returning the parcel to him (we believe this to be untrue). We have agreed to collect twice and he cancelled same day both times. At one phase he said he would just return the money and never did. We said we would be pursuing legal methods to get our money back at which point he said he would send ASAP. He sent us a tracking code for Evri 2 weeks ago and they are saying they are still waiting to receive the parcel....

I live in a 17 storey apartment building with a parcel safe (that’s HUGE by the way, and has held my fully made king sized bed frame plus other parcels before) and Evri failed to deliver a kitchen bin. Twice. Got it sent to a parcel shop instead - the post office - and couldn’t even manage that. They told me they had delivered it, went to collect - no dice. The photo proof of delivery? Before anyone says, yes I know I shouldn't post with evri, I realise now how shockingly awful they are I had a parcel collected on Jan 3rd and tracking still hasn't updated. I bought two pairs of boots from the same person. They printed the shipping labels. Vinted banned them. Seller ships items via Evri. Parcels never leave first depo. Tracking never gets updated. Evri tell me via chatbot items have been returned to sender, but never update tracking page. Vinted tells me to click 'I have a problem'. hello! so i received this email from evri and im not sure how to proceed as my parcel was supposed to come on the 9th. The oddest part is that it said a delivery was attempted and the delivery driver took a photo of the apartments right by my house as proof but there wasnt a photo of the parcel and it says they will try to deliver to me the next working day. Evidently, since the 9th, they have not done this and im getting stressed because it was supposed to be a gift to my mother but it looks like you cant even speak to an actual person in this company.
