Evri Locations - Store Locator Tool UK

Waited for this thing 2 months as it is personalised. Apparently this is the proof of delivery. It is not even my door. I’m fed up with Evri. This is the 4th parcel they losing for me in the last 2 months.

Is it just me having bad luck or is Evri in Glasgow just awful atm? 3 parcels, two I am receiving one I am sending and all missing. 🫠

After watching bbc1 ‘s documentary on how awful Evri is what are everyone’s opinions ?

I was accepting 2 orders I did get today using the notification on my phone. I realised too late that I accidentally accepted a different one that I'm not getting because, according to Evri, the parcel has been damaged beyond repair. Is there a way I can undo this? Or have I just messed up big time? TIA

I think everyone should just stop using companies that use evri to deliever. Stop using them to send parcels etc. Surely if everyone did this business' would get the message and stop using them and evri wouldnt be able to keep running. Or am i just delusional here??

Have seen a few people complaining about Evri lately. Has anyone actually had any joy locating their parcels? Mine has been ‘out for delivery’ since October and their help chat keeps saying technical issues when I put in my tracking code. Absolutely awful service but I really want this parcel and it’s Vinted so can’t even get a refund. Any advice welcome!

Parcel value around £200. Was 'delivered' and then sent 'proof of delivery' of someone else's parcel at someone else's door and the label doesn't even have my name on it. Absolute ******* joke. Anyone know how I can get my money back xdddd

Does that mean it's lost / stolen? Waiting for a parcel, it was out for delivery Saturday, but never arrived so was waiting for today. Tracking not updated, i called evri and the automated system said we cannot deliver it, contact the seller. How does it go from being on someone's van to be delivered, to "we cannot deliver it"? Contacted the seller who said the drivers van broke down on Saturday and should get an update today by 1pm - no update, seller now can't get an update either. Is the parcel lost? I need it desperately by Wednesday.

For context, me and my partner recently had some parcels ‘go missing’ from our building. Evri advised they were delivered and within 15 minutes they were nowhere to be found. I’ve spoken to the police to file a report, the nice man on the phone said that Evri quite often will mark a package as delivered only for it to actually be dropped off much later, up to a few weeks. Has anyone got any similar experience to this? We’re in S11, mostly asking to know whether it’s pursuing further. Thanks.

It's important to understand where relay are in the pecking order of couriers. Amazon drivers are the highest in line, DSP kinda defies the rules but flex is a better example. You work directly for the retailer and often you will get better treatment. You dont need to take pictures on deliveries, you can call the customer etc. The 2nd party couriers like royal mail, dpd are paid by the retailer to deliver their packages. It's less user friendly, you dont get to call the customer, the courier doesnt have intel on the customer to know when theyre home (using the amazon app, or echo/ring devices for example), you will have to wait more at the door and have more returns. The courier was Evri. The parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received it. For years I was happily using the Parcel app on my phone, which is very lightweight and convenient and can track virtually any courier in the world. I could see all my parcels coming from RM, Evri, Yodel etc in one place. For a few months now Parcel have informed us that RM have shut down their and other 3rd party apps access to RM tracking. It’s the only courier in the world I know of to do so, and it’s either to extort money from small app developers like Parcel’s or to force us customers to use their own ****** app, which is broken beyond belief as you can see in the screenshot.
