Some background: I'm a business customer with RM. I use Click & Drop and get collections from our door every day. Since July I've shipped 5000 parcels with Royal Mail. I ship 50% on 24hr Tracked, with the other half 48hr Tracked. In October, we had a full mailing sack of ours go 'missing'. It was never scanned in to the NW sorting depot, so in Royal Mail's eyes, it's never been sent or given to them. Last week I ordered some fabric from an online vendor. The fabric had to be cut off the bolt and shipped. I have ordered from that vendor in the past, and had parcels delivered to Address A where I used to live. This order was placed with both billing and shipping address entered as Address B. The parcel was delivered to Address A - and I have triple-checked that yes, the order confirmation e-mail clearly shows the shipping address to be Address B. Habe auch eine Mail bekommen, dass die 7 Tage Lagerfeist überschritten wurde und es zurück geht. Liegt es daran, dass das Paket ins Ausland geht? I'm currently stuck in the will it / won't it Evri time machine I'm sure everyone in this sub has experienced. Why is delivery so unreliable, randomly generated and just impossible to track? You're given times / dates and it's like they may or may not have any correlation to the reality of where your parcel is / was whatsoever. The only saving grace here is you're given a tracking number. Is it the systems, too many parcels, lack of training, relying on AI bots pretending to be real people or driver related, or all of the above? I sent 5 parcels with DPD about 2 weeks ago, from Glasgow. Only 4 arrived. I helped the driver put them in the van so I saw them all neatly stacked up, labels on properly. Sorry everyone had a frustrating incident with DPD today and just need to rant and get it out. It started with finding out there was a different driver to our usual one and I was instantly like oh no as it usually ends badly when it’s not the normal guy. But I anxiously wait my delivery slot and eventually I get a notification saying you’re next. So, I look out the window, see the van and see the driver delivering a parcel (not mine) to a neighbour. Hi guys. We’re at a loss on the situation and thought I’d see if anyone had had a similar experience or any advice My sister ordered a coat (£85) from Vinted at the beginning of January. After the initial tracking that it was on its way, nothing was heard. After hearing nothing for over a week, we contacted Dpd to see what the status was. Anyone else experiencing more issues as a seller recently? In the last month I've shipped 3 separate parcels (totalling around £350) that have all got lost after being put in lockers. One with Yeep! Through DPD (really don't recommend) and 2 with Royal Mail. Normally if you get tracking info obviously you can receive your money as compensation after about 6 weeks but lately it seems like the tracking just doesn't update, which is what happened to my 3, and the parcels are deemed lost, the buyer gets a refund and the seller ends up out of pocket. The customer service is an absolute shambles and I don't know why they don't support sellers more.

Anybody has this issue with a DPD locker? This was the second one I tried and had the same issue. I eventually put a code in instead and it worked and said it would send a proof of postage to my email but I haven’t received anything and I rang DPD and they said the parcel isn’t showing as being there… Wondering if I’ve put the wrong code in now but surely it wouldn’t have opened. My prescriber has been really good and has listened to all of my queries. Current plan: 20mg dexamfetamine twice daily with an optional 10–20mg late afternoon/evening if needed. I’ve moved to a new build 2 months ago and I’ve noticed for parcels that are dispatched from Amazon, they are always delivered by Royal Mail (Evri, DPD or UPS in very rare occasions) This means that the delivery options I have are very limited, I never get the option to choose an Amazon Day for example. And Royal Mail sometimes delivers individual parcels at different times of the day. But I’ve seen Prime vans pass by my road and neighbouring postcodes seem to be under Amazon Logistics since delivery options for those show same day delivery and Amazon Day unlike my postcode. Is this a temporary arrangement or will RM always be delivering to my address for the foreseeable future?
