Recently, when ordering from vinted (usually from Germany) and using the shipment provider dpd, I keep having the same issue: The parcel is marked as being delivered before I was informed that it arrived at the pickup point (and therefore I did not even have the chance to pick it up yet). I am guessing that somehow the packages are being marked as delivered once they reach the pick-up point? However, that means, I can no longer pick up the package, often I do not know which pick-up point it was delivered to, and I do not have the pick-up code to collect it. This drop off box is the nearest to me - on the front it has DPD, Royal Mail and Evri on it, however, on the vinted map showing me what drop off boxes are near me, this one doesnt show? i am 100% certain the buyer chose royal mail and thats the options vinted is showing me on the map. would i be able to use this box?
