My phone (send from Norwich, UK to London, UK) was collected by DHL on 24th March. On 25th March I was told it was delayed and would arrive “next working day.” It is now 4th April and has not been scanned since the 25.03 DHL support confirmed in writing that the parcel is “still showing as in transit” and has not been scanned since 25th March. As you might all know that Ebay services like Royal Mail, Evri, DHL are options for simple delivery but now they are also offering Inpost as an option too whice I believe is good as the times I've had people ask me what delivery service I use and it has put them off when you say Evri.....? Hey, I ordered my HiChord on February 6 with express shipping. It was shipped on February 26 and has been in transit ever since and has now been stuck in customs in Frankfurt, Germany for almost two weeks. The customs clearance process should normally be much faster, so I called DHL (the German parcel service). They could not really give me any useful updates, but they advised me to contact the seller, HiChord.
